Thank you to all of you who entered this info. I had also just called to talk to a Verizon agent, who was wonderful, and I would have answered a positive evaluation, but was busy making other calls to Spectrum, Bank, Credit Union, Geico, etc. It is overwhelming to move! Cheers to you for having this forum and for all of you who put info into it!

Called a couple hours after we cancelled Verizon FiOs cuz it's not available in our new state, asking to evaluate their customer service. Sure, they're not related to Frontier which is our new net provider? Same difference! Should have provided way to transfer/move b/w V\F markets, y'all!

How would you "cancel" something that is not available in your state?  Sounds like a fairy tale to me especially with all the "/" at the end.

He probably cancelled it before moving to the new state because he couldn't transfer the service.

I got a fall from 855-396-8939 2 tines I picked up ot qas a auto bot saying hi this is verizon if this is _____,  press one . I pressed one and it did thank you for your recent order confirmation number was given.  I hung up theu called again. Two times in one day. Since verizon did away with person to personal customer service thru  automated this isbwhat I am led to deal with. Verizon you suck. When a person candela leave them alone dumb [***]. Sheesh. Anyways.  Mark this down as a auto dailer/annoyance call.
