    I received a call from this number while I was on the telephone with Verizon customer service... a nearly 1 hour long conversation trying to fix a billing problem.  I can see why Verizon called me for a customer service satisfaction survey while I was still on hold with Verizon customer service...they likely did not want to hear what I would say.  That would be because the customer service department was explaining to me that the guaranteed rate I was promised to receive up to an including my bill dated August 3, 2018 was not going to be honored and Verizon would be charging me a higher rate than the one guaranteed and also would hit me with an early termination fee of $120 if I decided to leave Verizon before August 2018 due to the misrepresentation on Verizon's part!  You cannot call back that satisfaction survey number to leave a response!

    I called Verizon the other day after I had trouble getting my internet, TV, and landline back up after a power outage, so I was actually expecting a follow-up call about my experience.  Unfortunately, I was out when they called and they left no message.  I would love to give the young woman who helped me a glowing review, because she deserves it.

    I laughed out loud for sure! I would have picked up if their name was showing... The call I just had with a verizon employee insisted on me opening an email or responding to a text to 'confirm'. That is new to me. When I wondered if it was them, I came here. Thank you all fellow BAD NUMBER reporters!

    ID'd as Verizon, but would leave a message. And since it has been ID'd as an automated survey I'm glad I didn't pick up. I don't do any phone surveys.
    I did however get two 'Out of Area' calls today without any number in the ID, on just moments before the Verizon call came in - 'they' didn't leave messages either. So I'm calling all of them 'spam'/'scam'

    Gotten a call earlier from a 347 area code (NY) asking me to call a 617(Mass) number about my Verizon account. I called the number on my bill and turns out the 347 number was legit.  After talking to the lady about my account I received a call from this 855 number a few minutes later.  CID did say Verizon, but I was busy and let it go to voicemail and no message was left.

    After several attempts by phone to straighten out my account with Verizon (just got off the phone after yet ANOTHER wasted amount of time with these pathetic morons), my phone has been called THREE separate times by this stupid number - evidently some attempt to get my "feedback" on my "most recent experience". I gave plenty of that when I spoke to the robotic rep who was "trying" to help me. Now they add insult to injury by harrassing me with this series of dumbass calls to solicit my feedback - - ?  I am now going to cancel my entire service with them after the holidays....they are incompetent, blood-sucking, soulless people - Verizon as a whole is one f**cked up company who cares nothing - NOTHING - about treating customers right. They want there money, in exchange for horrible service, errors galore on my bill, send you "equipment" in the mail that you didn't even ask for or provide an explanation for, and more. They are a dying company anyway because cable is on its way out (amen) thanks to all of the less expensive, better alternatives that we now have.  So, as much as you have screwed me, Verizon, I am screwing you vack by taking my business elsewhere. My warning to anyone reading this is: STAY AWAY if you are thinking of taking them on as your new service provider. DONT DO IT. And if you ARE a current Verizon customer, then just CANCEL your service with them and do yourselves a big favor. The money you will be saving is incredible. Change isnt easy, but trust me, it is well-worth any up-front inconvenience you might have to go through to make the change. I promise you will feel great when you do, and will be asking yourselves, "Why didn't I do this sooner??"
