I got the same message saying it was Officer Ryan Smith from the IRS.  They said I had an IRS issue and either I or my lawyer needed to call.    Fake fake fake.

This person said they were from the IRS they wanted to me to got the a Best Buy to get a government check.. I told the to F off and I called the police

Similar call to us. Received 9/30/16 9a EST "Officer Ryan Smith" from the IRS with a middle eastern accent saying that they found tax fraud in our tax records and that we must call them back. We got a good laugh out it and will not be calling back.

This is an IRS scam! Disregard and do not call them back.

JUST Had this guy call me. I was half asleep and he started giving me all this stuff to write down . When I didn't write it down he got like super pissed so I told him to just do the arrest warrant on me and hung up. The entire time in the back ground all I heard was middle eastern accents talking to people.

Some India [***] trying to do scam lmao

Just got a call from 855-442-4460, I swiped the call to not answer.  I call on a landline and this Indian/Pakistani asks me my name.  I tell him, he then says he found my information and for me to hold.  He comes back on and I asked him, "How do I know you are with the IRS?"  He says, "Fine" and hangs up.

Left me a voice mail on the call I swiped to not answer.  Some babble and this needs to be rectified immediately and says this is Officer Ryan Smith from the IRS and he needs my lawyer to call him back if I don't call him back and that I should not disregard this message.

I received a voicemail claiming he was "officer Ryan Smith" with the IRS. He was very belligerent in his tone of voice, almost yelling! I have no idea how this scammer even got my phone number!

He also said not to disregard his message and he spoke with a very thick Indian accent. He said my lawyer needs to call him back lol

I just recived the call but it was an AUTO MATED recording about officer,Ryan SMith with the IRS, it said to not Disreguard this call please call us back...what yall think?

Officer Ryan Smith from the IRS called and said I was reported for Tax Fraud.  This is a scam!!!

I got a call from the same number and he did have a Eastern accent he said he was from the IRS and that they have found fraud in my taxes and I asked when did the Internal Revenue Service start calling people  and what's going on with your accent and he hung up

Similar call to us. Received 10/3/2016 Pacific Time "Officer Ryan Smith" from the IRS with an automated voice saying that they found tax fraud in our tax records and that we must call them back. We will not be calling back

Just had officer Ryan Smith call me as well. Saying they have found Freud in my tax paperwork. It was a computer generated message saying my lawyer or myself needs to call them back.

A computer message saying he was Officer Ryan Smith, IRS  ."There is a tax fraud suspected in our papers which need to be rectified. Need your lawyer to call me back directly on my direct number."

A Ryan Smith called left a voice message letting me know that I had to call back with my attorney online regarding an outstanding balance to the IRS. I've gotten these type of calls before so I definitely know it's a fraud because when I have called the IRS they tell me they don't call people they notify you by email and you also have a case number so when you call them back you know exactly who you will be contacting.
