Hey troll!  These companies troll complaint sites and try to scam people here.

If you suggest this sleezy scamming outfit,  how would they get in touch with them......sit by the phone until it rings because of their illegal  harrassing robo calling over and over.  Why does the FTC keep shutting down the "Rachels" while others pop up and continue the Robo calling and harrassing.  How could any legitimate company continue to harass people and expect to have a heartfelt welcome from people they are scamming.
Why wont this company (scammer) divulge information about themselves and where they are.   Why do so many complain about them taking huge amounts of fees up front and not doing anything for them.  They are scum because they are the most harassing Tele-thiev calling people today.  Nothing but a bunch of thieving,  rude,  scum  that has nothing to contribute but lies,  scamming,  and a blister on the butt of  society.  
And how do you think your pissy little Shill post will make a difference on peoples opnions when all of us are enduring these relentless and unwanted scam attempts every day........You are a worthless piece of s****.

These account management assistance clowns tried to pull this scam on my 84 year old mom when i overheard her talking with them i asked mom for the phone.The girl talking with me tried to get moms credit card numbers. I asked her why she needed the numbers and all of a sudden her so called supervisor breaks in and trys the scam on me. I told her to take her scam an shove it and hung up. I knew right away this was a scam

Two calls today after numerous previous calls, I AM NOT INTERESTED in anything they have to offer!

This is still going! WHEN WILL IT END?!?!?!?!?   I keep and air horn by the phone, they call a few times a week, i press 1 and HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONK once I hear someone say hello.

I want these futhermuckers to quit calling me. I can't get them to stop calling my phone. If I punch "1" (the only option one has) and ask them to quit calling me, I get a quick hang up. The phucking calls just keep coming, several times a week.

Why haven't they been shut down if they are a scam? I haven't done any "business" with them (and I use the term loosely), I just wish they would quit calling ME!

Are these people giving a call-back number? or is THIS the call-back number?
What other numbers are they calling from?
Has anyone asked where their offices are located?

They're apparently giving out different names now, than when this page was started.  

Something I've found effective:  IF you choose to answer the call

You answer the phone, they ask for the person (maybe) …BEFORE THEY HAVE TIME TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE you tell them the information you REQUIRE:
You: What is the
1-Company name,
2-Company address
3-Local telephone number of your company AND
4-Name of company’s CEO/President's name

Many will say:   "Well, we don't give that out for 'security reasons.'  "
You: "I'm sure you will appreciate that, FOR SECURITY REASONS, until I AM GIVEN THE INFORMATION I REQUIRE, NOTHING you say is of ANY interest to me.  Good bye." and hang up

If they call back, answer the phone with: "Are you ready to provide me with the INFORMATION I REQUIRE?"
If they start saying ANYTHING other than the information YOU REQUIRE, HANG UP.

This may be a situation of "shampoo, rinse, repeat" a few times, until they figure out YOU MEAN BUSINESS AND NO MEANS NO!


In my case, with a scammer collection agency, it's been about a month since I've heard from them.
Lol, on about the 3rd call back within 5 minutes, I calmly and politely told the girl, "You DO realize that I can do this ALL day, RIGHT?!"  and hung up.

My mistake on the "different names".  I found this listing these other names.  (Note: I did add some spaces in the paragraph so the company names would be a little easier to see, but the content is unchanged.)

A New York Times consumer columnist tracked down the people who run a 'This is your second and final notice" robocall operation. The calls came from Account Management Assistance, which promises to negotiate lower credit card rates with banks. One woman paid them $1,000, and all they did was give her a limited-time zero-percent credit card that she could have gotten herself.

AMA has a post office box in Orlando, Florida.

The Better Business Bureau has a page for Your Financial Ladder, which does business as
Account Management Assistance, and as
Economic Progress.

According to a Florida incorporation filing, Economic Progress is operated by Brenda Helfenstine, with her husband Tony. The Arkansas attorney general has sued Your Financial Ladder for violating the Telemarketing Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services investigated Your Financial Ladder, but the investigator went to 1760 Sundance Drive, St. Cloud, which turned out to be a residence, and gave up. The Times notes that you can type their phone number (855-462-3833) into /800notes.com and get lots of reports on them."

Please take our number from this  company.  Don't you ever check to see if people have credit cards or do you just assume that everyone has huge balances.  It is SO annoying.  I am going to report this company to the better business bureau, again.

Not having caller I.D., I cannot list the phone number. But I get an identical Robocall  call once or twice a week, which always begins with a female recorded voice stating "This is your second and last notice...".
If I press "1", I get a live person who asks whether my credit debt exceeds $4,000. When I asked for the manager, a man said he was one, and that by pressing "1" I am deleting the "do not call" request I demanded when I previously  pressed "2". He would not listen to my complaints. Other times they hang up at once without promising removal from their list.  I have been on the Do Not Call registry for a long time, but it has had no efffect. How can we stop them?
