I get calls from this company about every 2 weeks. Have asked them to stop calling, but they keep on calling

"This is your second and final notice...."  IF ONLY.  I have had this "final" notice at least a dozen times.  

Please take me off your list.  I have twice been connected to humans and asked to be removed from your call list.  Both times I was hung up on.  

kept calling my job saying theywere a private locator and i had officially been served,gave a fake claim or report number.

Sometin stink in a Florida like fish in da foam.

The calls came from Account Management Assistance, which promises to negotiate lower credit card rates with banks. One woman paid them $1,000, and all they did was give her a limited-time zero-percent credit card that she could have gotten herself. AMA has a post office box in Orlando, Florida. The Better Business Bureau has a page for Your Financial Ladder, which does business as Account Management Assistance, and as Economic Progress. According to a Florida incorporation filing, Economic Progress is operated by Brenda Helfenstine, with her husband Tony. The Arkansas attorney general has sued Your Financial Ladder for violating the Telemarketing Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services investigated Your Financial Ladder, but the investigator went to 1760 Sundance Drive, St. Cloud, which turned out to be a residence, and gave up. The Times notes that you can type their phone number (855-462-3833) into https://800notes.com/ and get lots of reports on them."

Constant phone calls without identification.

Think of the damage telemarketers have done to this country. We can no loger answer our phones, we have to install caller ID. No  body else answers their phone because it could be a telemarketer.

These scammers make Americans less trustful of their fellow citizens.  These companies hire and exploit the lower strata of our society to lie for them and the owners make all the money.

Writing angry blogs will not stop telemarketing. Guys, you will never pin these people down. They just pop up somewhere else. The only way to kill telemarketing and feel good at the same time is to not hang up. The only tool we have against them is their time.

Most people hang up, You can swear at them, your just yelling into the ear of a clueless-underpaid-employee  who has no other option for employment.. They count on this, they don't want to talk to you unless you are a potential customer. They quicker they can get to their mark, the more money they make.

Talk to them, make them think you are interested, if only a small percent of people did this, they could not get to the suckers. I just got off a call with "American Credit Assistance" I kept the person on line for 20 minutes by providing them with inaccurate information. This is twenty minutes they weren't calling you. I was able to get plenty of work done while I spoke with them, they don't waste my time.   I always ask them how they are, they are not used to that, they trust me more and are more likely to stay on the line. I never give in that I am doing this, the last thing you need is to piss a telemarketer off, the are vindictive, venal people.

So you can complain or you can talk to them and telemarketing would stop being so easy for these guys. It will give you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing you are doing something positive for society.

every day they call my number, each attempt to talk to anybody for  not to call - useless.

Repeated annoying robotic calls stating that "this is your final notice" concerning credit card rates.

I try this and worked.--- spread the word
I got rid of all robo calls by saying to them "Home grown Isiss agent I have received encrypted message blow up the balloon kill poison rats flea bomb I have initiated an N S A wire tap just for you

" . Repeat over and over to real person or during announcement if no person picks up. I made a recording to play They no like NSA and go away.
.NSA records and tracks all phone, email and saves for all time.

I think It is possible the type of call indicates what Isis agent is to do, not content.

That is why they call over and over. Agents are getting daily updates under cover of telemarketer. That is why they leave messages on answering machines, hang up, etc .They no care but that message is delivered to agents and thousands of innocents as cover..
