This group is the top-quality implementation of this scam I have encountered so far.  They are working in a team, can be called back on a phone, with one answering and pretending to be a receptionist who transfers the call to the other.  One provided an example BOA card number 4744-7602-7411-1634 pretending it was hers but changed the story when I called the bluff.  There's a BIG operation out there, I've had about 15 calls from them, a different artist every time.  I enjoy playing along with them, playing the phishers like a fish.  They have a great script, sound intelligent and honest, but remain as elusive as a double agent when you try to find out who they really are.

I have been getting calls from them for a long time. I set up the do not call list but that did not stop them since they just use different numbers. I finnalyy got their name from a rep today, but as soon as I asked where they were located she disconnected. A lot of their calls come from Tacoma or Ogden. the last number they used was 1-253-382-9909.

Ok.  If you believe in them, tell us their company name and phone number so we can check them out with the Better Business Bureau.  What, you are unwilling to provide that information (just like the people that call)?  That's because it is a scam and you are an employee of the company that is breaking the law!

Great news!  If they are legitimate, then why are they unwilling to provide the name and phone number of their company?  I'll tell you why..  It's because they know what they are doing is illegal.  Minimally, they are harassing thousands of people who are on the do-not-call registry.  If they are a legitimate business, they would have no problem revealing who they are.  After all, then satisfied customers could refer their friends and families.

You are obviously an employee of this company.  I hope you have trouble sleeping at night too!

Wow - you gave out their phone number.  Great - please post it here for all to see!  We'll believe you when you post the company's name, address and phone number.  So, post it - if not, then you too are one of the jerks that keep harassing thousands of people.

Everyone who posted here who was scammed and/or has been on the Federal Do Not Call Registry for more than 30 days should report this company to the Florida Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.  The more people that report them, the greater the likelihood the Atty General will take action.  I reported them to the AG in my state, but I was told the Florida AG has jurisdiction.  

Calls I've received from them always come from a different phone number (recent ones were 971-220-1002 and 253-382-9909).  Whenever I try to call the number displayed in Caller ID, I either get a recording, a fast busy or silence.  I have received these calls for more than a year - sometimes multiple times in one day and for consecutive days.  Last night, I pretended to be interested and got someone to tell me he works for "Account Management Assistance" in Orlando, FL.  I googled the name and found this thread.

If they were a legitimate business as some have claimed, why are they rude/nasty when you ask them questions?  Whey do they curse you and hang up on you when you ask them not to call any more (one guy called me an a**hole and hung up on me when I asked who he works for)?  I'm tired of the harrassing calls - are you?

If you're not on the Federal Do Not Call Registry, then register today.  After 30 days, if they call you again, report them!

Help shut them down by reporting them now!  If you've been scammed, submit the Florida Atty General Citizen contact form online (see link below) and then call the Florida Atty General at 866-966-7226.  Tell them if you're on the Do Not Call Registry, explain what happened and ask them to take action against them.  If you've given them your credit card information, call the phone number on the back of your credit card and have your account number changed.  Here are links you can use to report their actions:

Unfortunatly, I fell for the scam. I have spoken with a Raquel, Daisy, Heather. I did give them my credit card
lnformation. Is it too late or have I been had? They promised to transfer my Capitol One Account to one of three banks I would then get a 0% interest rate for 15 months.  I have heard from Discover Delaware and they told me I would get a credit card by this thursday..
I better call my bank first thing in the morning. I pray I am not too late to stop this!!!!!!

I, too join the cast of folks with whoom sad tidings have fallen.  When I tried to check them out, it was a dead end.  Their phone number does not link them to a business, they have no web site, their name doesen't google and they can't agree on their company name on the phone.  They told me that their web page was, "down".  I tried to stop payment on all transactions and cancelled my cards.  It's best to check folks out before you agree to do business with them.  Another lesson learned.  I did my citizen's duty and added my complaint to the AG of Florida.  I don't know what they can or will do about scammers, but we can try.

I got the same thing as Carol. I asked the company name and she said, "Account Management Assistance", I asked where they are located and she hung up.

No doubt,that it is a scam. I am reporting them to the authorities and news outlets in 407 area code.

I've been getting calls from Account Management Assistance from a number 503.457.1085.  It's a recording which is illegal. When you push "1" to speak to a representative I got some woman who told me  her company name and said it was based out of Washington, DC.  I've told them to take me off their calling list for months. The calls don't stop. My numbers are on the do not call registry, and I've told them that.

I too have been getting these phone calls every day form Account Management Assistance at 407-476-5538. When I told them that I wanted to go on their DO NOT CALL list, she told me there was no list.  I then asked for a phone #, she said she could not give me one, only when I qualify.  I asked for a email for the CEO, and their website is under construction.  Then I told her to qualify me, so I could get a phone #.  She said "So you are going to waste my time, just to get a phone #"....I said "waste your time!! are you kidding me, you waste my time every day that you call ME!!"......At that she hung up on me.
The nerve, that I am wasting her time.  Well next time, I will get their number...

Ask for their name and their exact, precise mailing address so you know where to send the 'cease and desist' order.

They got me too!!!  They used a call back number 855-581-9821 and used the names of Jason, Randy and Mark Dowel . Never thought I'd be that gullable ,but when you're hurting financially,you grasp at straws!!  LIVE AND LEARN!

I also received a call from the company 'Account Management Assistance'.  They are very reluctant in giving you their phone number and actually the name of their company.  Their sales spill is very good and are able to look you up and your accounts while they put you on hold.  When you start asking questions, you get put on hold or transfered to another person.  Sounds great...who wouldn't want their interest rate reduced.  Almost fell for it, while I had them on the phone...I looked up the company and found other peoples responses...Their fee started at 1495.00 then dropped to 995.00 and when I saw other peoples fees 595.00 just for them to get your interest rate lowered.  Hummm.  When I confronted them....they treatened me to call every charge account and tell the complany that I decliend their offer of lowering interest.  When I confronted them regarding what people were saying about them, they became angry and hung up on me .  What a Scam.

These people are some slick scam artists.  Before I knew it I was buying in to what they offered.  Luckily my granddaughter was needing me so I had to hang up before we could finish however damage was done on the one card we had time for.  I called my credit card company and they assured me that this charge would be expunged.  Now they are calling every day.  I have not picked up the phone to call them back but the number they are giving me to call is 855-581-9821.  Also the number on my caler ID when they call is 407-367-5718 which comes up "Loyal Financial".  They will not honor the 72 hour back out option due for any contract either. I got into a shouting match with a woman there who threatened me with "jail time". She said they taped my conversation and would use that on me. Really!!  What is the recourse?
