It's a scam!  FedEx never makes these calls!  If they want you to do a survey, you do it at the end of YOUR call to them, never a call back.  Just trying to get you to say yes to something so they can splice it to their advantage!  Wake up people!

just received a hang up call from this number on a business line.

I did called the above no. Yesterday and the person was incompetent for the job, it was a Fed-Ex survey call regarding the employee who did not want to do any thing. I requested him to call the Local Office or Station Manager who in turns can call the router when he will be in my premises, but the guy told me the bridge is broken at the location of the Fed-Ex and delayed service signal is  blinking so I went out and the guy showed up and put a tag at my door, which shows the person on the site did not knew how to connect to the local office, the delivery was for two days express which he will make another attempt to deliver today. So it was a robo call but it was related to my delivery.

This was a call to a landline.  Caller ID said "Unavailable".    We did not answer and caller did not leave message.   But, we also had done business with FedEx, by phone, just yesterday and we did elect to complete their survey after the that call.    But, as others have reported, we also called FedEx today and we also CONFIRMED that they do NOT make separate calls to customers -- they say that they only provide the survey ON THE ACTUAL CALL after you've finished speaking to a representative.   So, although I cannot say this for sure (and I'm not sure how scammers could find out that so many of us have had conversations with FedEx within the 24 hours that they call us) I also DO now expect that this IS s a scam and we have blocked the number.

ever hear of sting ray or any number of other electronic devices that scan ALL phone calls and recorde them. Gee think maybe your just set  up to a scam to record your yes for future use not of your doing? Education certainly does not equal intelligence

They don't know, they are fishing to try to get you to say yes to something!  FedEx verified they do NOT do any separate calls for surveys, ever...they just happen to guess correctly that you called FedEx...beware!

I did call FedEx yesterday evening (landline so not stingray) to correct my address for a return pickup and wanted to take the survey after the call ended, but it didn't come on. First dealings with FedEx in many years, so would be big coincidence if scam.

Sounds like it IS FedEx.  I just had a problem with a FedEx package yesterday, and this is the first time I've received a call from that number.  I didn't answer, so can't say for sure.

CID = "TOLL FREE CALL"   Nonsense CID.  I have not talked to FEDEX in years.  Caller hung up on machine.
This is a scam number, otherwise they would have left a message.

5/18/18 12:38 PDT  Tried to call but didn't know number and ID was unknown.  After checking here I I realized it might be something regard to a big problem I had with FedEx yesterday, so decided to call number back, even though they hadn't left a message.  What I got was a mechanical voice thanking for calling and stating they had tried to call to get a response regarding satisfaction with service.  I wish I had been given a chance to respond, but after recording, it hung up.  I'm not real fond of FedEx on so many different levels.

5/24/18 9:00 PDT  Did not answer since I don't trust most 8XX calls with no ID.  No message left.  Looking back this may be a call from FEDEX regarding my on-going discontent with their services and response to complaints.  Most recently delivery of clearly marked perishables actually delivered 7 hrs. after shown in their tracking system.  Dry ice was nearly all gone and food starting to soften.  Haven't tried any of it yet.

Fedex call for survey - Not a scam.   I send multiple fedex packages a day and this is a legit number

Legitimate call - automated survey system following up on a complaint I logged a couple days ago with their customer service.
