It is a scam...trying to get money from you..will lie to you and say you are going to be arrested.

Called same thing as above said was wanted by police and all....trying to get money....big scam....

just got call from this number said that i was being sued and they had my name and ss# and the attorney was willing to let me talk on my behalf.

Company called saying they were pressing charges against me.

I received a call today. from extension 104. Indicating someone used my social number to take out a loan from check cashing institute. He said i was responsible because there was no evidence to state I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION to use my social. Wow... what bs. That right there told me it was a scam. Caller said they were coming to arrest me and i was not to have pets or weapons in the house... lol. wow what a waste of my time.

I just received a call from that number with ext 305. Threatening to arrest!!!

Rcvd call they said I was being prosecuted for check fraud and to make  arrangments for my kids I used tto be a collector they are breaking fair debt collection act laws I advise you all to hire a lawyer I am

They called my house, office and parents home. they said they were going to have mee arrested and brought up on charges for fraud. they will never send me paperwork. And never have a web site or would never tell me their address.

Just got a call that they are calling from a laywers office and that they are going to suspend my Licences and proceed action against me. EXT 103. I did record the message i got at work and Harassing me and threating me. I will report this to BBB and police Dept.

They called me & told me I would be arrested the next I told them I am suing them for illeagal collection methods & threats of jail, there is no debtors prison in america so cannot be done

Got the same call from casey at ext. 305 saying they were sending paperwork for fraud to my local clerk of court. This was last night on my voicemail. Does anyone know for sure its a scam?

Received a message on my answering machine about a matter of a fradulent claim that was connected to my SS#, address and phone number. Also they called a total opposite number then my house number and left the same message for me. When I called them back, they said I would be arrested and took to jail and told me I had only 24 hours to call them back. The guy was very threatening and Used the name Joseph. I told him I had already paid the account he was referring to and he told me to sent information from the bank where I had paid the account. Have done nothing except called my bank, But after looking up the number I realize now it is all a scam and had I sent them the information from the bank they would have had access to other peritent information. THis is a scam and please don't give them any info.

Got a call on my answering machine, said they were calling from a law office and I could call back with our without my lawyer, but the name of the person that they said the call was for, was not my name.   It wasn't even close to my name.   I almost called them back to tell them that they had the wrong number, then thought I should check the number out first.  Glad that I did, if I had called them back, they would have had my name on their caller ID.

i recevied a call from the jerks today saying the same as everyone else has said from above. they have to be breaking some kinda laws with this scam.

I also got a call from this number, saying I have fraud charges against me ..I looked the number here and seen all these comments , Gd thing I didn't pay them like I was going to ! Are you sure this is fraud ?

just got a call from this number and they said i had till the end of the day today to give them a call said they verified my employment and they were told this was the right number to call me i know for a fact my employment wont give that info out.....
so they said that i had to call them or they were going to move foward. his name was Salano and ext.103. said case numeber and united states at the end.... really!!!!

I've also received a call from this number.   I was also wondering who they could be.  Thank God for this site.   Now I know that it's fraud.  The people could NOT verify any of my information, and insisted that they were going to send someone to my job to serve papers.   No one has ever shown.
