- KAT replies to Shep| 1 replyRec'd letter re: AWG warranty mailed from St Louis Missouri... no such company. IT IS A SCAM! Made copies of letter and envelope gave to my mtg holder and local police dept., as well as local paper to spread the word.
- lynn replies to 8556340481| 1 replyI too received this postcard .......I pretty much thought it was a scam; however, they did have the correct bank on it....that is the only thing that worried me....how do they know which bank I have a loan with? I am going to call them and yell at them........this makes me angry........
- Sara replies to MTReceived one today I know it’s over a year later however I contacted them very rude they try to get you into purchasing warrantee for a certain appliances. Six dollars a month I contacted the federal trade commission as well as the attorney generals office because they are a scam SPAM do not Do business with them
- Sara replies to KATContact the federal trade commission and report them they are a scam they go after people whose homes are over 50 years of age and they are looking for older people so that they can scan them off though if you can contact your attorney generals office as well that would be perfect you can get them close down
- Sara replies to PaulContact the federal trade commission on them get them close down. They not only will close them down but they will also fine them. They are trying to target older people to give them money each month they have no return address on there and no information whatsoever and they are extremely rude on the phone. If you can contact the attorney generals office as well that will push them to be close down. There’s too many scams out there and you have to be careful on who you use.
- Sara replies to lynnas I’ve been telling everybody on here contact the federal trade commission. As well as your attorney generals office. They are scammers they try to go after people whose homes are over 50 years of age they expect you to give them your credit card information or debit card information so they could start charging you six dollars on month. It’s a complete rip off I contacted my attorney generals office and they have never even heard of them. You have to you and we all have to get them close down there most likely aiming towards older people .
- Him replies to MTYes,and it’s all a scam!!! They called my grandma and I’m glad I was there to research the company and came up with NO INFORMATION ON THE SO CALLED COMPANY!!! But they kept asking for her bank card information!!!! I told her to hang up and they kept calling her back!
- Judy| 1 replyI got a letter on pink paper. Same message as Jeanne and Kat. My house is over 50 years old also. Letter was mailed from ZIP code 63155 and St Louis, MO. Contact Phone was
1-855-549-2176. All I could find about AWG was that it was a wire company. - B-Edwards replies to JudyToss that note out. IF that is a Home Warranty outfit, those are rarely - if ever - worth the money. The fact that they make it hard to even know the Name of the company sure does not sit well with me. A good deal of the time you pay only to find the 'company' does not even exist.
- MG, Long Isand replies to MTYes, rec'd today, also from St Louis, MO
- Old VetReceived the dreaded pink letter claiming our house was out of warranty, well, for one thing we've lived in it since it was built and almost all the repairs that needed to be made was done either by myself with help from son. This is nothing more than a way to separate you from your hard earned $$$ into AWG's pockets - another word for a SCAM. Letter was mailed from St Louis, MO 63155 with no return address, so they could be located anywhere.

- Clarence E Clark replies to MTI received such a card on 06/12/2019 mailed from St Louis MO. I didn't know what to make of it..I never seen like it before. this is why I'm on this site.
- A. Noid replies to MTI got the same thing. On mine they even claimed my mortgage company had secured the plan. I filed a complaint with the FTC and my mortgage company is also looking into them. The FTC took this pretty serious.

- Lillian replies to MTI just received this same card stating those very words. They even goes as far as asking for the property code listed on their card. They are a scam. They are soliciting for business. They did not have me as a previous customer so how would they think my home warranty is expiring? Waste of valuable time.
- DCBB| 1 replyI received a card in the mail today for a home warranty from AWGHomeWarranty Division advising me that my warranty may have expired (note that I’ve been in my home 16 years now). I called out of curiosity to find out about coverage and price. I was quoted a price of close to $4400 and was pressured for my credit card number. I knew right away this was a scam. I am a senior citizen and I told them no way and few other choice words and hung up.
