Message left on my voice mail:

"Hey, this is Tim again, sorry I missed you. Just following up with you on that $250,000 business line of credit we have set up for you guys. Call me at 855-650-9016 to discuss rates and terms."

This fool has called me twice a month, every month since late 2015.  I have never answered his call, nor will I, since it is an out-of-area/ unrecognizable area code. I saved the number as "SPAM" in my contact list on my cell phone, but he calls from different numbers. I save those as SPAM as well, so I know it is a BS call, and not to answer.

He has got to be dumbest telemarketer on the planet, or the most persistent and desperate. He just won;t go away.  When the person you are calling does NOT return your call after more than a dozen call, what does that tell you you f***ing idiot?

I get the same exact message almost daily. How can we report this and get rid of him?

This is NOT a telemarketer.  It is an attempt to collect information to aid in IDENTITY THEFT! If you actually answer, you will discover that, while they appear to be trying to sell loans, they just want personal information to "verify" your actual eligibility.  Thus, STEAL YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.   I can't imagine a LEGITIMATE loan company using such unethical tactics; and, one with such a low percentage of return.

But, I guess the con must work occasionally.  Otherwise, these scammers would try something else.

Multiple calls on my cell phone, no message left.

I have blocked Tim multiple times from multiple numbers, and this time my phone lit up like I was about to receive a call, and then hung up.  I called back because I am waiting for a call from an appraiser, and sure enough, the message says "if you are calling about a business loan..." I hung up and blocked the call. After that, I saw I had a message on my phone.  I don't know how they manage to go directly to voice mail, but they say: "Hey sorry. Hey sorry, I missed you, it's Tim again.  Just following up on that mail we sent regarding that 250,000 business line of credit we have pre-approved for you guys. Just checking in to see if you had any growth plans this year. Give me a call to go over the rates and terms. I am at 855-650-9016.
BLOCKED YET AGAIN... I also went to OptOutPrescreen.com to get out of receiving credit offers, not sure why this is continuing. ugh - so annoying.

I get the same exact message and I get multiple voicemails a month. It never rings but somehow just always goes to vm! "Hey, it's Tim again. Sorry I missed you..." So annoying!

Same here.  Been getting these calls every month for almost two years.  Tim goes right to voicemail and his message doesn't change.  250,000 business line of credit.  Hey Tim- go away!

I have sometimes turned off my caller ID, pressed 1 like they ask, then started wasting their time by making up extravagant numbers for a loan; eventually they figure out that I am wasting their time and hang up. Or, I tell them to call my financial officer at a different number which happens to be the number to a local FBI office. They probably don't call, but it gives me pleasure to think that they might. Who knows?

Another day of harassment from these masters of spoofing,spaming and cloning! Calling all the time our bussines lines,laughing then hanging up when answered ! They will be reported to FTC for electronic communications harassment!

Got the same message from the same guy with THIS number. He has many numbers and now all blocked.

Yes. I get called all the time. Because it is a robo call, it does not matter to Tim that he is disruptive to the rest of us, or how many times he calls. It must work on some poor people or it would go away. I sincerely  wish that the FCC or phone companies would find a way to prosecute these people to the full extent of the law.

Yep, same as the other guy, keep getting calls from this guy "Tim, calling to follow up on that note I sent you regarding, blah blah blah".  Put the number to auto reject now.

Some man named Tim. I have blocked him from my phone and he continues to find a way to leave messages!!!!

Text messages? You should be able to block them in your texting app.

They've called me twice in less than 30 minutes today.  It's getting annoying.

I thought I was special. Reading tims messages to me word for word on this post make me question my faith in telemarketers

Ah yes, good ol' Tim and his $250K business line of credit.  He's called numerous times in the past, but today, didn't leave a message.

Called me too many times, and block it now.Same as others as "Tim and his $250K business line of credit"
