Tim has been calling me for quite a while. Probably legit. However I already have enough of other peoples money. Very persistent. Always uses a different number though. And I keep blocking. Don't like unsolicited calls. Sorry.

"Tim" called twice today as he does all the time. Wants to discuss the $250,00.00 he has waiting to loan me. Can't believe the phone company allows this number to exist.

Same robocall as others. Says to hold for next available agent, asks once if you are still there, then states sorry you are having trouble and disconnect. Pressing 1 yields to determine the amount of the loan, press 1 if monthly sales are under 10K or 2 if over 10K. Has anyone been successful in pressing 9 and entering phone number for removal from the list? Hesistant to. Do so.

I am wondering if this guy is using Slydial as that what this service does - goes straight to VM without ringing phone.  If so, he must be a subscriber (assuming he is not making all these calls one by one and wading thru the advertisement.)  So if he is a premium member of this service then Slydial should be notified that he is abusing people by using their service.  I will send them an email but am doubtful they will respond or even look into it to see if he is a subscriber.  Why would they confirm that he is and take any action?  He's probably one of the few paid subscribers of this service and they don't want to loose the $$$.  Maybe the FTC could find out and put some heat on them to terminate him?

So I did tell them I needed a business loan, just to see what would happen.  I told them a little about my company and they said the loan amount I wanted (1 million) was too small.  Which just goes to prove they are a hoax!

Calls and doesn't leave a message.  Usually doesn't even let the phone ring enough to get to my voicemail.

Caller called twice within thirty seconds, both times they hung up after half a ring.  I blocked them right after the second missed call.

Word for word... the same thing happened to me.

Cld again.  Didn't leave a msg.

Call back and give them the number of your senator and representative - maybe that will get Congress to finally take some action.

I get the exact same messages from "Tim", but he leaves a variety of numbers from which he'll discuss rates and terms of some business loan which I neither need nor desire.  I've been getting the monthly and semi-monthly calls for a couple of years as well.

Same here, been calling about every other month for 3 years. This time closing with "happy New Year" on Feb.21.

Tim called and left a VM on my cell phone again yesterday.

I feel your pain, This guy has called me faithfully every month for a several years as well. I dont get it. He is so stupid. I would like to set up a class action law suit against him. His calls are VERY Annoying!!!

Same -  "this is Tim, just following up"...... Called for about a year and never answered or returned the call.  Finally got sick of it and about a year ago I finally talked to him and explained that I do not have a business that needs a loan and he is wasting both his and my time to continue calling.  Said he would remove me from his list.  Well, since then he continues to call at least once a month.  Have blocked several numbers.  Either he is a super dumb SOB or just enjoys going through life annoying and scamming people.  And yet our phone companies and regulators allow him to do so.

Hey? I'm just a loan underwriter trying to make a living with this automated cold-call software I bought on Ebay. Why all the shade guys? And if you want to stop getting my calls, just call back the number and answer the first screening question that your monthly gross sales rev is under 10K, that will bump you off the list cuz you don't qualify for my loan.

This man has been leaving his smug voicemails talking about his phony $250,000.00 business loan for years. He bypasses my call block feature and calls me monthly and sometimes even weekly. I have never owned a business, nor did I apply for any loan. He is clearly a scam artist and up to no good. His arrogance and infuriating persistence has completely taken its toll, and I have filed formal complaints with the federal trade commission, consumer finance bureau and donotcall.gov and have even gone as far as to tell him so on my voicemail greeting. I will continue to do so until he LEAVES ME ALONE. Despite the lack of information, I encourage others to do the same. Maybe if he sees people doing so he'll crawl back into whatever hole he came from and find a REAL JOB
