Oh my goodness! I get the exact same word for word message from Tim - on my cell, every couple months for the past year. His calls, interestingly, never ring on my cell - they go straight to VM - also, his # does not show up on missed calls. Only way I knew the # was Verizon's new message on VM gives the #. He is so frustrating! Never gives up.

Same here. The call always goes straight to voice-mail without ringing. I'm pretty sure he should be locked up.

Same as all above. Goes straight to VM. However, my phone will not allow me to block calls. But clearly it doesn't seem to matter anyway considering he has multiple numbers. GO AWAY TIM....NOBODY LIKES YOU!

What bothers me is I gave an app to block this guy. It tells me he's blocked but he leaves a message. I'm contact the app about it.

Yep, he's called at least a dozen times - what a moron.

It's a robo-call - pre-recorded message. I assumed since in March it's still saying Happy New Year. They must get results if they continue to do this.

Just missed a call from this number about 10 minutes ago.  After reading the posts, I checked my contacts in my cell and, lo and behold, I already had an entry under "Funding BS Tim" from some time back...called then from 1-855-334-6744 (which I posted to that number several months ago) so I just added this new number to my contacts under same heading.  Burn in hell, Tim.

"This is Tim, following up on that loan you called about."  Calls my husband several times daily. I get a few a month. The difference is that I never answer, my husband almost always does. He's convinced that he's going to miss an important call so answers everything.
My take is that if the caller is legitimate they will be happy to leave a message.
I block "Tim" every time, but as numerous people have stated, he always finds another number to dial from.
I'm not sure what the solution is, other than to mail your blocked call list to the FCC monthly.

They've been sued repeatedly for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, most recently in a class-action suit in which they vowed in November 2016 that they would never, ever make these kinds of calls again. They're incorrigible serial perpetrators who should be put out of business and stripped of all their assets. Wanna sue them under the TCPA? Do it! You'll be doing us all a favor!

This loser just likes harassing people, it's not even about scamming, he just gets a kick out of bypassing call block features and leaving another message to annoy us. He's a freak.

In 2016, to settle a class action lawsuit called Bee, Denning, they signed an agreement in which they promised that they would never make these kinds of calls again.
