Yep, it was Tim. Following up on the mail and our prior conversation. Wait, what conversation??  His message also was to see if "we" were going forward with expansion, that the  $250k pre-approval was still valid.  Huh.  The "we" must be me and my dog.. maybe the dog requested a loan to get the yard fenced in.  Nah, probably not.

Line of credit scam. They a VM:
“Sorry I missed you hey sorry I missed you it's Jim again just following up on the mail that we sent regarding that 250,000 business line of credit we have preapproved for you guys just checking to see if you had any growth plans this year give me a call _⁠_⁠_⁠_ over the rates and terms I a.m. at 855-651-0029 again that number is 855-651-0029 happy new year…”

"Tim" offered me 250k too, asked in the voice message if my plans are growing with this business loan.....but it is busted ............all these scams to make the same offer to so many. sigh.

Same message as all of the above. Called 2 times in a row and left a message about following up with an email regarding 250k line of credit. Funny, I never applied for this line of credit.

Yea... Tim called me this evening... I'm approved for the $250,000, too!  Thank you Timmy boy, I'll get right on that!

Same - "Tim" left a nonspecific message directly on my voicemail at 12:40pm today about a 250k business loan.  Maybe that isn't the same as actually calling?  Some kind of loophole to avoid getting around the donotcall.gov list?
Someone should file a class action against them.  Just wait until they leave a message on the cell phone of your friendly neighborhood lawyer.
Called back and hit the prompts and waited on hold for a minute until I got a real person - Capital Alliance in California.  Gotcha.

I got the same call, read these responses and called Tim back. I told him he was a God send and I needed the money asap because my business is failing and I owe over $3.5 million and $250 will buy me a title more time to keep from losing everything... result, he hung up on me. I didn't think that was very nice of him. :)

Yep, everyone needs a job, though "this" hardly qualify as "work." Disgraceful that someone actually writes a check (and you cash w/o second thought) for making these repetitious, obviously misleading, unethical & obnoxious calls; all in hopes of getting your teeth into that one innocent person...Shame on you! But by all means Tim, you keep up with that cheerful attitude..perhaps someone will hear that & actually believe your "Happy New Year" with the personal use of their name was genuine?!

Someone named Tim called left a message and said it was about a $250K loan that was approved for us. (We never asked or applied for a business loan)

Same as everyone else noted...company out of CA.  His full name is Tim Hennessy according to their website.  Feel free to send him a message back or call him via his LinkedIn info.
