Business numbers cannot be on the donotcall.gov list.

Robocalls are prohibited to all cell phones, and it does not matter whether or not the cell phone number is on the donotcall.gov list.

Umm, we didn't request any loan info, filled out any form, reviewed any offer.  Another major SCAMMER attempt.  Consumers need mini-cruise missiles with scammer/spammer seeking detection software. It would be a great "Pay Per View" video channel to the see the vid on scammer annihilation(s)

Same message, Tim stating he has the terms for the $250K line of credit I applied for. But I didn't apply for any LoC.  Why isn't "scam" one of the call types available on this form

Telemarketers- trying to get me to call back re: "pre-approved $250k line of credit".

Tim- said he was sorry he missed me "again" even though we never spoke once. Anyhoo, have a 250K pre-approved line of credit. Never applied for it. Phone rang once and went to voicemail.

Scam, received same VM from a "Tim".

Same message and my phone didn't ring - went straight to voicemail.

Gosh, my credit must not be so good -- Tim said I was approved for 25K (not 250K).  : )  Before seeing 800notes, I was gonna call Tim back saying someone was scamming him by using my phone number on their application!  SOOO glad you all posted here -- I won't need to call back this scammer.

Tim missed "our call" "again". He wanted to know if we had any "growth plans " for this year. $250k line of credit preaproved. Awesome!

Tim called about a line of credit offer so I can build a bigger [***] and butt plug factory. No thanks Tim, my tough shed and hard earned cash at hand is all I need.

Just got another call from Tim from 855-651-0029.  He left a message this time and he sounded so casual, like we've been talking for weeks about a loan. Said all loan docs were ready and I'll needed to do was call back and give my SSN and other personal info.  There is a very special place in hell for these people and I hope Tim gets the worst!

Mine rang once and went to voicemail too. Strange.

Is there a way that we can send Tim's number off to other telemarketers? That would keep him busy for a while

I don't know why I'm wasting time typing this when I should be calling Tim back for my 250K!!

I've gotten this call multiple times now - I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I'm wondering if it is tied to the NYC calls I was getting from Excel Capital??? I did talk to those guys and they said I was pre-approved for a bunch of money for a business loan, and they were really SCARY...I won't go into details, this probably is another illegitimate venture.
