Fraudulent bill collector.  Robocaller demanding a call back with a reference number.  Second time I have received this call in less than a week with the same reference number.  However, they called from different numbers and gave different call back numbers.  I have been through this before in 2016.  DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM NUMBERS YOU DO NOT KNOW.  DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR CONFIRM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE.  Report these calls to your states local AG and to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  These are not legitimate companies.  They are scammers.  They will take money from anyone they speak to.  Make sure to tell your family, too.  They'll try to collect information and money from them, too.  A legitimate collector will follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as required by law.  You'll receive letters in the mail.  They do NOT ever robocall.  Do yourself a favor, ignore them.  Block their numbers.  They will spoof again and call from a new number with the same message in a few days but keep blocking them.

Agents hung up on me when I asked for details.

They have called several times, it's just a robo call. It says to call them as soon as you get the message because it is very important, and they have a file on me. I've been working with a Credit Company, and my Credit report is pristine. I don't owe anyone anything atm. So I know it's a hoax. Going to send calls straight to voicemail for now, so I don't have to answer to get the ringer to shut up.

Yes they called me left message and also using my maiden name I didn’t tell them it was me I said what is this about several times and he hung up . But when I called he said some kind of law office but he had a foreign accent I have blocked several numbers from my cell and now calling my home phone this is so irritating to me.

Called me. Gave no info or company name. I just deleted the voicemail.

Scam. Have called multiple times with reference number  but does not state who this is for. Comes across as a local number and says to call back at 855#

Same as all above!! Calling from a local number but asking to call 855 number. They have a file on me, blocked the first number it came from then got the same call from different number.

Same as above.  Unknown numbers are automatically sent to voicemail, so I didn’t hear the call come in.  Listened to the voicemail with the 855 number to call.  Noticed the missed call number is a local number in my area.  This crap is getting old.
