Called me on my home number and left a VM as "Owner Services" about my maintenance fees.  I think they're going off an old timeshare list because I fell into that trap long ago and got out of it.   I called them back on a different number and the first time a guy answered as "Reservations".  I called again and got a lady who said she was from Owner Services and had called about maintenance fees but since I called from a number they don't have she said "Oh the file is blank so it must have been a mistake."  I probed her for more answers as to who they were and what timeshare company and she said there are many and they were calling about an upcoming meeting about maintenance fee forgiveness.  Sounds really shady.  So they're obviously not with an actual timeshare company and likely a scam group trying to collect what they can i.e. " Just give us $5000 and we'll handle the rest getting rid of your maintenance fees."

I have similar comments as above, but I didn't pick up or respond to the calls.  A Freddy keeps calling and leaving voice messages about maintenance fees.  I too had a time share and got rid of the thing.  This has got to be scam.  Be very wary.

Similar experience - Freddy has called 5 times in last 2 days asking to please call back IMMEDIATELY from owner service re: maintenance fees - I do not even pick up- could be car warranty company or time share - but fairly certain it is a scam claiming fees are due or not received.

Got the same call from Freddy. I don't have anything that would gave maintenance fees. Definitely a scam.

Same Freddy keeps calling me.  Left 8 messages in the last 3 days so far.  I've called the number back on a private phone a few times.  Once the person answered: "RESERVATIONS", another time the person answered: "BOOK IT NOW", next they answered: "OWNER SERVICES. My number is on the do not call list, so I reported it to the National Do Not Call Registry as well.

Ha ha... same thing here.  Do not own a timeshare anymore, but Freddy just keeps calling.  Thank you all for sharing  your experiences.

Freddie has called me several times in the past few days as well; went to voice mail.  I returned the call and talked with David who said "Oh, Freddie is kinda busy, but I can help you," and called me by name (I guess from my caller ID).  Told me it was about a late Timeshare Maintenance Fee.   NOPE.   The Timeshare (which by the way is the biggest money loser, ever) was sold 10-15years ago.  I told him to take my name/number off his call list.

Note: the call came from # (919) 634-6263, which when I do a reverse lookup shows the number is a Dentist.

So, I agree with your assessment - these guys are a SCAM.

Total Scam!! Hang up and block the number!

Freddy has been calling and leaving messages the same as everyone else, "owner services" about fees.  It's a scam as our fee is fully paid as we checked with our TimeShare.
By the way: NEVER buy a timeshare at a meeting, don't succumb to the pressure.

I'm pretty sure it's NOT really a person called Freddy, it's a quality recording as the message is identical in tone when left.

Getting several calls from different numbers directing me to 855-706-1734 from a Freddy at owner services about maintenance fees. After reading other comments this is a SCAM since I have NEVER owned a timeshare.

Freddy  calls my cell phone 2 or 3 times a day all from a different number about maintenance fees.
I block one number and he calls from a new one and always leaves a voicemail to call this number. We have never owned a timeshare. It has to be a scam.

We keep getting these calls at least twice a day from different numbers all referencing the 855-706-1734.  I got fed up and reported it to the FTC, maybe if enough of us complain, they will do something!

Freddie with member services has just called and left me a voice message about my maintenance fees.  LOL   I didn't answer and won't be returning the call.  I do own a timeshare and my maintenance fees have been paid, so I know its got to be a scam.  🤣

Same as others.  Freddy from "owner services" about membership fees.  I do not nor have ever owned a timeshare.  I block the number but it keeps calling back using different numbers.  Sometimes leaving a voice message, sometimes not. The return number on the voicemail is always 855-706-1734

855-706-1734 Freddie has called 7 times in the last 2 days regarding maintenance fees. We've never owned a time share

got call from Freddie 3-4 times a day. Each time the caller ID is from a different phone number but the message is always the same to call Freddie @ 855-706-1734..  Since they use a randomly generated caller ID, you can't even block their calls.  Very intrusive and annoying.

called at 1:34 pm on 2/7/2022 . caller id :worcester [ma] from 508 552 8558 . freddy from  "r" services [at least that what it sounded like to me] wanted to meet with me and to call back 855 706 1734 . didn't call back or answer . blocked no. see 508 552 8558 for reference purposes .

I got the same call as well but I have a timeshare we’re trying to get rid of, can I ask how you got rid of yours?
