I get at least 10 calls a day from that vm about maintenance fees I also have nothing that would concern maintance fee's. I'm sick of these calls.

"Freddy" from "Owner Services" has been calling from (603)208-multiple extensions 6 or 7 times a day. Only listened to a couple of voicemails.This comes from Lyme, NH.  Got rid of a timeshare years ago!

Freddy is starting to annoy me.....he calls incessantly and leaves me messages.  I never answered.   Freddy can go get fingered.  Lol.

As long as you don't answer the software making the calls will continue to put the number back in the queue.  What needs to be done is to get an actual human on the line and then play with them to waste their time.  Then the calls will stop.  The plus side to that is that you will now have a idea of who is calling and can accurately report them to State and Federal agencies as well as sue them.

This "Freddy from time services" has called me everyday this week (03/10/23) about my maintenance fees. I've never owned a time share. My ex boyfriend mom did and somehow they got me confused as her. Super annoying! I'm glad xfinity instantly blocked the number. Unfortunately this scam is able to leave voice mails...

Just had this same stupid call from Freddie - called back the # he called from and not the # he left for me to call Told them to stop calling I have no maintenance fees owed!!!!

I keep getting calls from Owner Services for a timeshare I do not even own.  I would like someone to file a TCPA class case against these guys if anyone can find out who they are.

As long as it isn't you?  Why don't you put the effort in and file it?  Why is it always the case where someone else has to do it?  For that matter why don't you file your own separate case?  Let's see, what would be better?  Getting a few thousand dollars in less than a year or waiting 5 to 10 years for a $5 check?  I bet you want the $5 check don't you?

Same thing block the number call on another number hope this goes away.

They call everyday & are using a different phone number in my area code. Must be throw away phones. Then Freddy leaves the same message on my machine. It's very annoying when you are expecting important phone calls from doctors or services.
They leave me alone for about a week then come back with the same routine.

This is what I've been doing! I have a phone that blocks hundreds of numbers!  There are  several numbers from "Freddy" from owner services about the maintenance fees!

I have been getting the same message up to 5 messages a day from" Freddy, about owner services and maintenance fees, this is not about a debt ".
I don't own a timeshare,  got rid of one company 3 years ago so yeah no, definitely a scam

Many of us are blogging about this scam but nobody at the Federal Trade Commission is helping---get the FBI after these crooks.

That isn't how it works.  Unlike the stuff you watch on TV numbers cannot be traced in 10 seconds and cases are not solved in 40 minutes.  While many people might be "blogging" about this at whatever other sites you blog on, how many are actually filing reports on the phone numbers that are calling them?
