Left several messages “about our maintenance fees” after reading these messages I did not call back. We have a timeshare we’re trying to get rid of

This is the message I got:

“Hello Dan this is Patty calling from our services in regards to your name as a please give us a call back as soon as you can our phone number here is 855-706-1734 thank you so much…”

Just like everyone else. What happened to the so called “Do Not Call” list!

Same thing. I called back and Freddy wasn't available. Angie said she could help. She said they were representing many timeshares and asked her to attend a meeting on how to reduce our maintenance fees. Sounded fishy. After reading other posts, this would be a major waste of time. Beware!

Receiving constant calls from this Freddy about unknown services. At least five in one days. Uses different phone numbers. What can be done?

Yes! We’ve received FIVE identical voicemails (from four different phone numbers) in the last 48 hours.

Got 2 calls from "Freedy", owner services, definitely a scammer as I got rid of my timeshare last year via deed back. Public records, so probably got it from a courthouse somewhere.

Freddy keeps calling me too!  How did you get rid of your timeshares?  Would you recommend?

We have also gotten numerous calls from "Freddy", from at least 4 different phone numbers.  Have not answered any of them, but tired of him filling up my message machine!

I've gotten the same voicemail from Freddy 3 or 4 times a day for almost a week.  You can't block the call because everyone is from a different number.  I never answer a phone call from a number I don't know.  All of Freddy's calls went to voicemail.  How do we make this stop??

Received 8 calls from Freddy at Owner services regarding maintenance fees.  Definitely a scam as no maintenance fees are due

Getting same thing, mult calls, i blocked number, calls from different number but always ask to call 855-706-1734 immediately, so i call from work at 3am, daily, sounds like a home answering machine

Several calls: This is Freddy with "Owner Services" calling in regards to your maintenance fees please give me a call back ASAP! Four - 4 calls back to back ..... REALLY this is SAD when your busy with life and recieve phone calls like this!!!!!

Received 3 calls today saying from card services. Not sure what they are talking about. Not calling back

This Freddie/Freddy called twice (2/15/22) from the same number reported by earlier respondents. The caller ID says Eagle Teleconfer(?). Left the same message about "Owner Services".  I have not nor will I return the call.  Thank you for sharing your comments. How does one block this call?

Yes & they never will handle anything & the timeshare will remain in your name until the resort decides to foreclose on it but in the meantime the owner services company has taken off with your money you had paid them to get out from under your timeshare.  Let me tell you - there is NO OWNER FORGIVENESS PROGRAM!  All timeshare owners are responsible for making their maintenance fee payments.  If those payments aren’t paid the people that suffer are ALL the owners that are making their maintenance payments.  I am a happy timeshare owner but am also one of the Board members of my timeshare therefore I understand VERY WELL how these SCAM companies work.  If you no longer want your timeshare, please consider speaking with one of your Board members or the manager that was hired by your Board.  There is probably a better solution for all involved than with one of these SCAM companies.

You forgot to mention how big a scam a timeshare is to begin with.
