scam caller keep bothering us and when I called them the agent refuse to give his name and his company name

I received a lot of phone calls a day from FRD and then financial matter but I didn't have credit card. I am in school not even finished my courses .... how can I stop their calling . Thank you very much .

we had a HUGE debt that was written off because of bank error.  Our lawyer even filed paperwork against the bank and we do not owe this debt at all.  The bank never tried legal action because they knew it was their error.  FDR bought the debt, which I think should be illegal, and attempted to collect.  They called my husband's work and threatened the human resources department with legal action if they didn't give out his personal information.  The write off (not a debt) iis 6 years old, well past the statute of limitations and almost off my credit report.  FDR has now sold it to another agency, who put it on our credit report!!!!  Something has to be done about this.  They know the law, they just bank on the fact that most people don't.  How do these predators sleep at night?

I can only block another 400 numbers what will I do then?

Got a call from 855-771-6020. Looking for an Edward ? When I said nope wrong # he was rude and said I'll look into it. And hung up. They got my phone number, and don't want them to continue calling.

They call continuously for a debt from 2006 .I have told them that the alleged debt is way past the sol in Nova Scotia and they were better off using the couple of cents per hundred they invested and bought themselves some common sense instead or put in aside for all the lawsuits they might end up getting from harassing people over and over ....naturally they hung up and never called back for a year now startting all over again ...this time I have call recorder for all their calls and will send to consumer affairs and bbb and telecommunications offices and my lawyer will go ahead with case....so please keep calling :):)

they are relentless and do not pay attention that they have a wrong number, wrong name and wrong everything.... blocked with my brand new Panasonic phone and it doesn't even ring when a blocked call comes through and don't even have a 'missed call' notification either.... loving this phone.

lol   ha ha ... these people pretend to be the law offices of such and such all they are is a collection agency who uses tactics to scare people

they try and pose as a federal credit govt agency ... this is a hoax I have told these dips a hundered times I can not pay and still its been over seven years and still they hassle

I have told them numerous of times they have the wrong number, so now when I receive a phone call it says quote this is FDR limited looking for "dead air" please call us back blah blah...
The cowards no longer even offer a name for who they're looking for, just some creepy deep voice  looking for someone to answer the phone... any time I've spoken with this company in the past the employee is rude, arrogant and threatening.

So instead of harassing me and my household for people who don't live here, I'm now being harassed for a ghost name and still refused to return their calls... I got an average of 3 - 10 calls a week from this company.

And any outstanding debt I personally had has been gone for more than 15+ years...

The government should step in and stop the sales of debt from companies to collection agencies.

This compagny phone me up to 5 time a days. They got the wrong number as i have no trouble with my credit. I asked several time to removed my number from their list with no success. Some time they hang up the phone and put the music on.It s harassment.
