Received a call on my home hone today regarding some civil matter.  The caller id showed telephone number 469-250-0754 from Dallas Texas.  The callback number 855-776-7025.  Don't know who they are.

I received the same call on 07/20/2016 from the 469-250-0754, then given a case number and told to call 855-776-7025, when I questioned the information they were not happy with me.... then I received a call again from the 469-250-0754, same guy as before too, I told him you know this is a scam right and he started yelling at me sating that if I wanted to think that it was then fine but there was a court date for me, which is funny because I have not been served. I work for an attorney and have been for ten years, I asked to speak with his supervisor he stated that he was the supervisor, I asked to speak with who was in charge of him, he stated again that he was a supervisor, then I asked one more time, he said hold on, then got back on the phone and stated "my boss man" is not going to talk to you, told him not to call back again and within one minute they called again. Nothing that the second company stated made since and when I questioned her about the dates and the creditor she did not have a response. I contacted the real Allegiance firm and the partner there stated that they have been receiving many calls regarding this scam. I gave him all the contact information that they gave me as well. They are trying to shut them down for using their Trademarked name.

I received a different cast number. They said that there was a civil complaint against my spouse and that there were going to be mailing out the documents with a case number of SF 1662037.

I received a call from them yesterday with the same line of crap.  They gave me a case number and offered me to settle the matter out of court by paying them 560.00 if not it will cost 1100.00.  I told them, I call BS, never had a payday loan from the supposed company and please let's go to court for a loan that took place back in 2012, right.  Such BS, not going to give them on penny.

I got a call today saying I would be summons on 8/5 because of  a payday loan from 2012 that I did not pay back .  If I pay 400 and something dollars today all this would go away! They had old information on me as well. They bank they said I had used for the pay day loan I was not even with that bank in 2012.

I got that same message today as well. Same message smh they think people are stupid

I just got another call today from a Kimberly Mitchell(supposedly).She gives me the same case number from the other day. I was suppose to be summons on today that's what they told me on 8/3 but she tells me I will be receiving some legal papers on Monday and will I be available to received them or do I need to reschedule. WTH! I told her that I got the same call the other day about some papers so I will wait on them!

A female called my daughters phone number and said she was with a recovery company and gave her a case #SF16-3928. I happened to walk in and she started with we wanted to serve you with papers. I told her that she could not give collection information legally to my daughter, she said this is a recorded line, which she did not tell me that fact. She told me to call the Freedom Group at 855-873-9532 with a Case number SF16-3928. She was calling from 210-245-4060. SCAM!

After reading the postings on this on other boards, I decided to post some information so that people would know what is going on.

I am a lawyer with the real  Alliance Law Group LLC in Tysons Corner, VA.  Our name is a registered U.S. trademark and no one else in the U.S. should be using that name.

Over the past several months, we have received numerous emails and phone calls about a group using our name that contacts people claiming that they owe money on some kind of loan -- most often, a payday loan.  They threaten to file a lawsuit in the event that the person being called does not "settle" the matter by providing a credit card number to which several hundred dollars can be charged.  They provide an "855" number to call back and a file number that begins with "SF-16-(some number)." So far as we are aware, no one who has contacted us has actually been sued. Instead, the whole point seems to be to scare people into providing a credit card number to "settle" the case.

We have absolutely no connection with this group. They are using our name without any authorization and we do not do any debt collection work.  We believe that this is a scam and have reported this group to the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission.

We would like to stop them but have no information about who they are or where they are located.

The alliance law group called my mother in law yesterday and asked for me. They gave a number of 844-502-6019 and a case#SF16-153178

I just recvd a call from 631-350-7329.  Same stuff you need to call this other number and talk to a litigator.  Once I got the litigator, first off they have too much personal information.  Second same time frame, supposed I took a payday loan on 1/1/2010 and they never got their money back.  Same case # sequence SF16-6digits. Referenced Personal Cash Advance and they were Alliance Law Firm. When it all sounded fishy, I tried to call the original number back and it is no longer in service. ( I gave them no updated info and I even told her I was no longer at the address given, she didn't ask for new address either).  Scary part, they read my SSN to me, and it was right. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
