This number called (Monday 1:15pm) and I rudely told them not to call here again. They called back twice saying very rude harassing things and I told them I would call the police. I am filing a report right now.

I got tired of all these calls and bought me a good Call Blocker. Can now block individual calls, area number calls and block ID names. I like the Digitone.

Every once in awhile I get them on my sell too.  They must just guess at a number and hope they get someone.

Got a call from this number they said they worked for quest survey and wanted to know if I lived in the greater vancouver area.  I said sort of.  Then I asked them who will use this information that I give them.  He said no one knows that not even him or the answers would be biased.  Then I think he heard me typing to check him out after he asked me his postal code.  Then I gave it to him and he said oh your not in the right area for the survey good bye.  Lucky that's all i told him.  It was my cell so I am kind of angry I even told him my postal code.

I have an idea. Some FBI cyber-sleuths should back-track these calls and strike the fear of incarceration in the larcenous hearts of any and all of their ilk. If "they" could find Bin Laden, surely they can track down this incessant barrage of scammers who are abusing our telephone systems. Or perhaps that's too much to expect from the wild-west, oligarchic, Usurious States of America. C'mon now  lawmakers...don't you think it's become a bit much?

Most of the scammers are located in India.  Even if yu could find them, the Indian government wouldn't allow them to be arrested or extradited to the US.
