This company is an agency affiliated with SWIG....Southwestern Investors Group using a bogus address out of Hamburg, NY (goes to a residence, at least on bbb's file for company, and their website gives no address)????? This company is a junk debt buyer who has their agencies spoof their caller ids to local numbers for the consumers geographical area, and has them threaten suit, arrest, or filing criminal charges. I had an old Aaron's rental account, and they told relatives I was going to JAIL!!!! The owner of SWIG is Mark Lesinski from Hamburg NY....you can google him and see 2012 was arrested for DUI, and fleeing arrest! He has other agencies also that are pursuing collections. I contacted Aarons corporate, and they are looking into him, and his organizations, or collections companies. These guys are CROOKS......DONT PAY THEM A DIME!!!!!

Hey, I googled my name to check out my blogs and content on my websites and found the search associated me with some very old forum submissions.

For the record, I am not associated with any of the mentioned firms  HW Capital,  Federal Credit Recovery Inc, Evans Law Associates, Midpoint Resolution Group, Evans Law Offices, P&B Capital Group LLC /Phillips & Burns, LLC, Henderson Weinstein Wyatt & Associates, Inc or Hogan & Weinberg. .

I have NOTHING to do with the above mentioned agencies nor we are having  agencies to spoof their caller ids. We do not practice debt collection calling nor do we threaten suite or file any criminal charges. As mentioned above I find the complaint baseless and unjustified.  Just an FYI, I do not get associated with any of the mentioned business practices as mentioned above. Southwestern Investors Group is a debt buying company and has nothing to do with the activities of debt  collection. Please let me know if people are using my name and making fake debt calls and I will contact the NYS Attorney General's office.

The solution: Photographs of them picking up mail.

Photographs of them cashing checks.

Photographs with physical addresses to businesses or homes associated with M&S.

And publishing those posts and any information obtained here. So that people can obtain justice.

a lady named Mary Lavine called to follow up on my home loan . . . . i don't have a home loan. she left a call back # of 323-202-2310. It sounded like a recording. I am so tired of these stupid phone calls!!!

It is amazing how many scams happen now. Years ago, it was obvious, because they weren't able to get information from the internet, and long distance phone calls were more expensive. We didn't have caller id, and when we did at first, they didn't have the ability to change their area code to look local. I really appreciate the internet, and then again...But yes, beware. These companies are getting really really good at scamming people. Go directly to the company you supposedly owe money to, or do business with. I keep getting emails that look like they are from Amazon, but they aren't. I check, check, check. These scammers make a lot of money off of our wanting to cooperate, and waste our time.

This guy is a huge scammer that sells out of stats paper, he claims not to have any association with the firms he listed but I can tell you thats a lie. I worked for his hogan and weinberg company, it was on northpoint parkway in amherst, very shady, they whole office actually left, they sure did spoof their numbers as well as left threatning voicemails. He was also affiliated with Element Global Services or Solutions as well as ran a now closed TV City in hamburg that sold refurbished tv's and never honored warranties.
