calls from this number, also 866-202-2659, and 855-495-1769- very threatening, saying I have a law suit against me, process server, for payday loan, explained to them, I don't have the said bank  account and I called the company they supposedely represent (Boulevard Cash)-they said they did not give me money and did not ask these people to call me- calls numerous times a day, all numbers have the same docket number, saying I will be supeoned to court, along with my manager and co- workers. Took their call once and very argumentative, trying to get me to make a settlement to pay that day, said I will see you in court. DO NOT RETURN THESE CALLS

I am so tired of this crap - I have filed a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, but am still getting these calls. If you could ever get information on where they are located let me know. I want to sue for harassment.

I am getting the same call that Karen M. is getting. They call from a variety of numbers. They are looking for my mom and they use threats. They said that the local shrieff office is going to show up at her place of business or home in the next 24 to 48  hours. They have been calling and leaving voicemails for months saying this. My mom return the call once and they said she had a unpaid payday loan. My mom explained that she has never got a payday loan in her life. The guy immediately hung up. This is a scam, do not give these people any persona/banking information.

Keep calling about a serious matter debt collection always a recording. Ready was scammed want about payday loan I won't do it again.

I've received several calls from this number.  Just for fun, after reviewing the posts here, I tried to call the number back.  It did not ring, no one answered and the phone disconnected after a few seconds of nothing happening.  I'm not going to worry about it.

I got a call from this number @ 11:35 a.m. then a second time @ 1:05 p.m.  Didn't answer but it's annoying because when I listened to the message they left in my voicemail it's a robotic voice, said my name and a bunch of numbers that sounded like jibberish.  I don't know what it's about it certainly is annoying coz it keeps calling me every couple hours and some.

I received this robotic call on my cell and my home number.  These are scammers, just ignore them.  They won't go away, but if you don't talk to them they will eventually get the message.  They always say that this is a serious matter.  Do they think people are stupid enough to give some unknown person their information over the phone.  I just wish they would get a descent job, and leave folks alone.

Scammers.  Don't answer the phone.  In fact, as soon as you get a call from an unknown number, while it is ringing or after they hang up, hop on Google, type in the number, and read what others are saying about those that are calling you.

I've gotten to the point where I don't answer my phone anymore Unless I absolutley know for sure WHO is calling.  Not only do the scammers call, the solicitors call constantly about health insurance, vacation cruises, etc.

I received 3 calls in total today from this number, 1 to my home phone and 2 to my cell.  The last call a computer generated message was left, that I have a legal matter with their office and I can call the number.  I have researched the phone number and there is not such number listed to a company or individual.  All searches state that this is an invalid number.  Any reputable company is going to have their number listed.  I believe this is a scammer and will not be returning any calls.  It is a shame that we live in a world that we have to avoid our phones because of  dishonest scum trying to scam money.

Please whatever you do, do not give these people your information.  Don't talk to them at all; hang up.  Don't try and justify anything with them, they are crooks trying to take your money.  If u actually owed them money for a payday loan; this is not the procedure to collect.  don't talk to them hang up.

I pray for them too,  but I think you and I have 2 different motives in mind.

They started with calling my dad and friends and asking/leaving messages for me, so I called them, gave them my number and told them leave my loved ones alone, only to find out they are claiming I owe an unpaid payday loan that Ive never had. they gave ME all kinds of VERY OLD information about myself, and "transferred" me to another person in the same group when i told them to go ahead and send the sheriff out to my house. and when I asked for a letter or statement in the mail, or an address to submit a dispute, the lady was nasty and hung up on me.

I just talked with one of these callers and told her I refuse to pay.  She wanted my MC or Visa number...no way will I give that out.  I asked for an address and she refused to give to me.  I told her to sue me as this was harrassment and I would counter sue...she hung up.

I have been getting illegal collection calls from 855-799-4492. They cannot arrest you. Record their calls and get an attorney and sue them. Each time is $1000.00.. I am a Legal Commercial Collector so I know this is a scam.

I wonder if we all got together to file a complaint if these people would stop. Strength in numbers, so to speak.

Here is how we can all get our revenge.  Everyone dail *67 855-799-4492 and when they answer say nothing. Just wait for them to hang up then callback in again.  If enough people join in on the fun, the scammers will be doing nothing but answering calls that go nowhere all day with no means for determining where all the calls are coming from.  This is not what they set up shop for and if it is guaranteed to be aggravating for them.
