I kept calling and putting it on hold just to add to the fun.

I have been receiving these calls for about two weeks now. I don't answer my cellphone when I see the number but they are calling my parents home and my work phone. They are snakes trying to scam people out of their money. My employer is tired of the phone calls but what else can I do? When you ask them not to call, they still call. My best guess is they feel if they call enough you will get frustrated enough to pay. DO NO AGREE TO PAY THEM ANYTHING. They told me the sheriff was coming to my job and I told them ok, make sure you send my husband to arrest me. I speak from experience...I was scammed before and paid money that I did not owe. That among other reasons is how I know it is a scam. What's funny is I started paying them and they called and said oh, we came across your name again and wait your name is in our system four times. Wow!!! You really got yourself in some deep trouble. Again I say...they are snakes out to get your hard earned money. DON'T FALL FOR THE THREATS. If we all report this to the various agencies, maybe something can be done. This is getting ridiculous. They never go away....they stop calling for a while and just when you think their done, they start calling from a new number.

Received a robo call today... yesterday it was a female the day before a male... same ole stuff different day... today it was we need an answer for a legal matter and if I didn't make a statement they would make a statement on my behalf... they are even calling my 88 year old father...wish these bottom feeders find another prey

I got this message also yesterday , i did speak with a lady about if she would send my the paper work or I would meet the process at the police department , she said you need to agree to pay before i give you anything they where hired to collect , told her i wasnt agreeing to pay anything i wasnt sure of told her i would call her back , not gonna do that

Want your info; will not give their info; SCAM.  If they have my name and number they already have more info than I am willing to give them.  Bottom feeders.

855 799 4491 is claiming to be a small claims attorney office. 1 number difference is intersting to me from two different small claims companies. I have a best friend that is an attorney and he told me that if they were attorneys that needed to serve me, they would not be calling from an 855 number. They called a relative of mine and said I was in deep trouble. If I were in deep trouble with anyone that could harm me, then why not call me directly, or why not be law enforcment contacting me?...Hmmmm...my advice is; if you owe and want to pay, answer and take care of it, if you owe and don't want to pay...ef em, if you don't owe...ef em...lol

I'm going to answer the next time they call wait for a voice and then blow a whistle in their ear. Not a toy a referee whistle.
