Left a message that says "I'm calling you from the civil procedures division of SAR and Associaties. It is imperative that I speak to you as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Please call back at 855-802-3239 to speak to any representative. Our hours are mon-fri 9-5 est."

They are known SCAMMERS! Do NOT call them back. Do NOT take their calls. Block their calls if you're able to.

Just got a call from these scumbags. I blocked them!!!!

I just got a call from them as well with the same message above in Guest7's note. I called them back and was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered.

Received a call saying they are civil division superior from SAR and Associates wanting u to called them back never ask who they are looking for and u can speak to anyone.

Same call as the ones above! What can we do to stop this type of activity???

Received a vm a few minutes ago.    Read above comments.   Called from an office phone.   Went right to message stating "due to high volume of calls, we can't take your call at this time" then disconnects  you.
Clearly a total scam but the message was actually in clear English - which is surprising.

I called SAR and advised them that there number has been "hooked" by scammers

These people are trying to "collect" for a company that was shut down by the feds.  Let them know you are reporting them to the state attrny gen of your state.

Just received another voicemail from SARS after I I have sent certified mail and regular mail to Cease and Desist.- stating pretty much same thing " need to call them back to stop this from moving forward." This company is a SCAM. I am having my attorney contact. ANY legitimate collection agency will stop contacting you after you send a proper Cease and Desist.

The best part is that they never mention who they are wanting to talk to.  My voicemail does not give any names so I don't see how they have any idea who they are calling.  They say that they need to "talk to you" as soon as possible.  Who is you?  MMMM.. Sounds like a big ole scam to me.

Been calling me since last year. Talked to Shannon one-time. Asked her what bank they sent my supposed loan to in 2012. I called them and no such funds were deposited. Now I have my bank monitoring for suspicious activities from scammers.

Same message as the others. Think these places get your number during tax time thinking your going to pay them. Don't know who they are.
