I keep receiving calls from 855-802-3239--SAR was the name of the company, but today they left a name Josh was calling about a debt that I own no more information than that. This company is very unfamiliar to me, I just wished they would stop calling.

This number has been callings for weeks claiming I owe them for a pay day loan I never took out! Must be a scam!!

Left a message that says "Hello this is Joshua Tilman, I'm calling you from the civil procedures division of SAR and Associates. It is imperative that you call us back in order to stop any further action from taking place against you. Our number here is 855-802-3239. Again the number is 855-802-3239. If I am unavailable, you can speak to any other representative and they will be able to help you. We are open from 9am - 5pm EST. Thank you."

Got a call from these idiots that the rest here has gotten. They say to call them to resolve an issue. Don't know what it is, but they never mentioned my name or anyone else.  Morons.

Same here.  They've called a couple of times and it goes straight to vm.  Never shows in call log.  I know its a scam but they get on my nerves.

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING "IT'S IMPORTANT TO AVOID A CIVIL MATTER" , OR SOME SUCH B.S....SAYS HE IS "JOSHUA TILLMAN FROM SAR ASSOC". THEY NEVER SAY WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR, WHICH, LEGALLY, THEY HAVE TO SAY WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTACT, BUT CANNOT DISCLOSE INFO ABOUT DEBT TO A 3RD PARTY, AND CERTAINLY SHOULDNT BE SAYING THAT THERE IS A LEGAL MATTER PENDING.

Just got the same all as above total scammers and the best part they don't even leave the name of the person their looking for complete SCAMMERS!!!

Received  a call from Joshua  Tillman, calling for SAR and that his company was filing a sued again me.  I received  calls before from  an Eric Smith.  I have searched  these  numbers and there all bogus.

They call me at least once a week and I just have fun with it, makes them mad. I'll answer with a different accent and f with them so funny...

Josh has been calling me threatening me.

Got a call from Joshua Tillman yesterday. What a clown! I had a feeling it was a scam. Glad to see that I'm not the only one angry with this nonsense!!

Possible new number alert.  I didn't see it in the previous poster's list for these scammers.  Guess they realized a lot of people are on to the others like constantly changing numbers and calling the same people makes them any more credible.

866-490-4634 just showed up as a voicemail; but it's our old friend Joshua just the same.  Even mentioned in his message that he had tried to contact me before.

Same thing just happened to me. no phone call registered just a voice mail popping up. said is name is Josh Tillman. he didn't mention my name at all, something about papers being served. just to call him back.. unbelievable.

they have called my number again same guy called in dec jan now feb said this was my second attempt but don't ask for any person by name they also sent a letter last fall saying I owed someone 1800.00 dollars I replyed and said I owe no one that amount and who are they supposibly collecting for nor reply and then sarted calling in late dec than late jan and today.I did have a loan one time and lost job couldn't pay so they took my truck which had been used for collatial that was 5 yrs. ago. And that was the deal if I couldn't pay loan they got truck. but wasn't this co.
