Riiight.  Like the sheriff would actually give you a chance to run by telling you they're on the way to arrest you!  Ignore the caller - he's either a junk debt buyer or a scammer trying to scare you into paying some bogus debt.  Please do report the caller to the FTC, FBI, Dept of Justice and your state's Attorney General.  Oh, and if you happen to get another call from him, tell him he's been reported for impersonating an officer of the law.

Called said there was a warrant for my arrest due to bank fraud, would call every Neifhbor I had to find out if I live at such in such. Said for me to work at my job for ten yrs making nothing, that I obviously had no back bone to find another. Said looked at my beacon score and said I owe everyone and a dead beat, tried to make arrangements but they wanted money right then, a week before Christmas when there is no money, the woman became entangled and judged, juried and tried me all in 15 min. These people are horrible.

You are right, they are horrible (to say the least).  Please remember debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter.  There is no warrant, and there is no fraud charges.  Unfortunately, they may in fact call everyone associated with you to intimidate you into paying an invalid debt.  You may want to consider calling you local police department of Sheriff's office to file a harassment report.

First, I am very sorry that these criminals contacted you.  Please report them to the three people you listed.  Also, don't take their word for it regarding whether or not you card was decline, call the number on the back of your card NOW, and tell them what happened.

Anything you can share regarding the name of the company they used, the numbers they called from, and any address they may have given you will help others who can try to search for more information on this gang of scammers.

PS --- don't blame yourself for these even though you do feel embarrassed.  These are criminals with a lot of practice at what they are doing.  They often catch folks off guard and intimidate them.

THIS CREDITOR HAS BEEN CALLIN REALTIVES AND ANYONE THEY CAN FIND ON GOOGLE SINCE 2009 AND IT IS ALMOST 2014. THEY FIRST CALLED MY UNCLES EX-WIFE WITH THE SAME WARRANT FOR ARREST AND CLAIMING TO BE AN OFFICAL OF THE COURT (WHICH IS ILLEGAL) THE PHONES CALL STOPPED AND THEN STARTED BACK A FEW MONTHS AGO. WHEN THEY CALLED MY UNCLES CURRENT WIFE IN WHICH I DO NOT EVEN HAVE HER TELEPHONE NUMBER. I CALLED THE 855-803-2349 AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING PEOPLE WHEN THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION. THEY SAID HER NUMBER WAS LISTED AS A CONTACT AND I ADVISED THEM THAT THAT IS INCORRECT BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN HAVE HER NUMBER. I ASKED FOR AN ADDRESS AND ADVISED THEY WILL BE CHARGED WITH HARRASSMENT IF THEY CONTINUE TO CALL PEOPLE.JUST LIKE THEY GOOGLED HER NUMBER I'M NOT AT ALL HARD TO FIND. THEY HAVE MY HOME ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE AND I HAVEN'T SEEN A WARRANT YET!!! THEY JUST WANT MONEY. I TOLD THEM THEY ARE NOT GETTING A DIME FROM ME UNTIL I GET SOME TYPE OF PAPERWORK. OF COURSE I'VE NEVER GOT THAT EITHER.

I recieved a call on my work phone and my cell phone from these people, Kennedy, Kline & Associates?, then within 15 minutes, i rec'd another set of calls from the same group.  A male voice left a message stating that I needed to contact their office immediately or i would be met with a court summons from the Sheriffs Dept in my county.  My parents rec'd the same call, but spoke to someone, because my parents aswer every call that comes in. This group told them that i owed money and that if i did not pay, they would put me in jail for bank fraud.  I never use my parents phone number for references, or give it out to anyone.  The same number was used to call all place all calls was 855-803-2349.  All of these SCAM calls were made on December 23, 2013.  I know it is a SCAM, but it is very disturbing, especially days before Christmas.  I also rec'd a call on my cell phone, the day after Christmas, but it went staight to VM, it did not even show as a missed call, and never rang.  This time it was a female voice, asking for a different person (female), and stated the same threat as before, but using the sheriffs dept were they believe this person lives (not in my state). I tried to Google information on this group, based on information they gave my parents, and in the messages left, but have not located any such business or collection company, or whatever they are.

I received an email this morning stating i had to be in court jan 16 in Los Angeles CA. Did not say for what no other information no lawyer name no case number. Considering ive never been to california ever. Then an hour later i got a call from 1 855- 803-2349. I did not answer it but did a reverse phone look up and found out it was a scam number threatening arrest and stuff.  I know by law you can not be arrested, you are supposed to receive paper work and stuff. I was already scammed once over the summer, calls died down and just recently started again. I cant take it.

Hello fellow victims…I too just received a call from this SCAM company on behalf of my sister. Callers name was Amanda Pierce – 855-803-2349 x 306, indicating that “someone was pressing criminal charges against my sister and they were trying to get a hold of her”. They also indicated my sister left my contact information. I called my sister to discover that she received 3 calls today from same pathetic losers. So, I found this site, thankful someone posted, called my states Attorney General Office and filed a complaint, then called back those scum bags and told them I know they’re fake and I filed complaints to which their reply was hanging up on me. Both people I talked to sounded Ghetto. Karma will find them. Happy New Year! 

I started receiving calls like this a week after I got my cell phone and number(from  a list of unused numbers). Now tell me how the heck does a debt collector get a number that hasn't been used before? They are asking for someone I don't even know. I have gotten VM's from several different numbers with  messages for the same person. I called one of the numbers given for call   back with a file number they left in the VM. I was told they would remove the number from their system, BS!!!!

Today I got a VM similar to the one described in other posts. I licked the link provided and filed a report. I've had to set my cell  phone so only calls in my contact list go  through, all others go straight to voice mail.

How do you know that your number was "from a list of unused numbers" and was NOT recycled (pre-owned)?
