yes we should  ban together something needs to be done with these people, when you try to get something in writing you cant they want to handle it on phone.

They said the same thing Jody said but I asked who it was they said some bank on the road I use to live on 1 st of all the bank wouldn’t give me a loan because my credit is bad and second of all there is no bank or ever was on that road or in that town ship then I asked them for their number oh I don’t have it Red Flag right there so I called the BBB asked them about this number they said it was a scam

They say 2nd attempt to contact (calls nearly every other day) for a pressing legal matter. If I do not respond they will move forward with visiting me at my place of employment or home.

Called told me this is their 2nd attempt that there is pending civil action that if I don't call this number there will be a criminal case sworn out on me.

Recorded message for my ex-husband that passed away almost 8 years ago. Good luck finding him at home or his place of employment! Whoever they bought that list from scammed the scammers...

Said exact same thing to me today so I called them. Wouldn’t tell me name of their company and when I asked for proof of debt they hung up.

They left the voicemail, “Respondent this is our second attempt to reaching contact with you. If we are not able to reach contract with you or your legal representation to help settle this pre-legal matter amicably we will have to assume you are waving your rights to voluntarily restitution. If this in not your intention, please contact our office at 855-807-4729. If you fail to respond, the litigation department WILL will move forward legally without your input. And you will be notified at your place of employment or residence, regards to a date to appear. You have been notified legally.”

You can't be "notified legally" over the phone.

Left voicemail stating same as everyone else tried to call back cause I knew it was a scam and I'm tired of them waking me up when I woke late and I got no answer and was sad lol

She has gotten smarter and claimed that she was with misamerica and trust bank.

That I had a master card through them. She was on high defense. I try to get her to calm down to explain to me everything that she had been claiming. She was extremely rude wouldn’t give me any Account Number. She told me to check my email constantly. Also kept telling me they were going to sue me for something I haven’t the clue it is.  But when I kept asking for information she would get even more rude. She ended up hanging up on me.

Did the same thing to me. Call from one number and gave me another number. Very difficult to speak to. I blocked them but I’m sure they’ll use yet another number to call again. Bunch of scammers.

Same thing, now claim representing Donald Guffey.  Checked and all I found was obituary.  LOL SCAM big time.  Follow the links BigA provided above and report them every time.

Just received a call about being served for a civil suit, sounded recorded, no firm identified. No no answer to get said information what this is about.

This person left messages not only on my phone. But also on my mother's cellphone. Looking for me. I don't have any bills in collections.
