The same information as everyone else has stated on this site. The voicemail stated this is  regarding a civil complaint and this message serves as a legal notice & we do not here from you we will contact your employer. Blah, blah. The call sounds like a Robocall. A scam in my opinion.

Don't call them back and don't answer them, these people think by putting a threatening voice over vm that people will subdue to them. Stand strong, the scam world is getting creative. nothing of legal matter is done over the phone and no one has the right to show up to your house without legal warrant mailed out first, let alone having a sheriff with them if they dare even show up, which they won't.. They are BSing you.

Warrants are criminal and I doubt that they get mailed before the cops show up to arrest you.

That isn't true either.  If there is a bona fide case filed in court then the Local Rules of Civil Procedure state how that complaint must be served.  If it say that a Sheriff or Private Process Server is acceptable then they will show up at your property and it will be completely legal.  Fortunately that person probably won't be back to read your horrible advice but I wanted to correct it for future readers.
