yeah i got a call today 4-3-14 the guy said his firm received a complaint about me and gave me some file number and i checked on a caller id site ther is no such area code of 855 so who is frigging calling me ..    i sure like to know who is behind this ..

I got a call from this 855-832-4046 number and have me a file number talking about a complaint which i don't know nothing about, the crazy part is that it called my family phone that is across seas,..got the message like our was some type of lawsuit or something... i would like to know who is leaving such a message

Guessing this is some type of scam ... Acting like I'm going to be getting legal paperwork tomorrow and want to make sure I'm home.  Where did they get my number?  Is there a charge for this type of phone call when I call it back?  What is the point of the call?  Anyone know anything?

This number (951-893-4222) is part of the same group that had me call the 855 number.  They said they were a legal document company looking to make sure I was going to be home tomorrow to sign for some legal documents???  WTF?  I have no legal issues!  Not sure where they got my info?  Making me angry ... This is the 2nd call like this!

When you call 1-855-832-4046 they claim to be the answering service for several companies in their building. They ask if you have a file number and then transfer the call. They claim to be a collection agency and/or law firm named WEST POINT GROUP and based out of ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA USA. Every one that I talked to trying to get information about why they were looking for me and calling my friends was extremely rude, hostile and aggressive. The man I talked to was named GREG HUDSON. They said they were trying to confirm my identity because they were possibly suing me. I refused to confirm my date of birth and social security number and they refused to give me any information. When you google "West Point Group Ontario" nothing, absolutely nothing comes up which leads me to assume that WEST POINT GROUP is just a DBA or fake name. They got a hold of one of my friends and tried to get information from them, but my friends did not give them any information. Shouldn't this kind activity be reported to either their local law enforcement or to the FTC or FCC?

I began getting phone calls from them today 04-15-2014 and good enough they come up under my Experian credit report with an inquiry dated 04-14-2014.

I AM LIVID!!! THIS IS A SCAM!  A PERSON NAMED GREGORY HUDSON HAS REACHED OUT MY FAMILY MEMBER TODAY!!!  I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED BY THIS PERSON FOR MONTHS.  I AM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY TODAY TO PUT AND END TO THIS AND HIM ONCE AND FOR ALL.
I SWEAR THAT I WILL EXPOSE THE SOURCE OF THIS ANNOYING SCAM SOON.

This caller "Greg Hudson". which is probably and alias, is harassing me.  Please note that he  is operating a scam and fraud !!!

Got a call from this Gregory Hudson today saying I'm being sued and taken to court by a different company that I supposedly owe money to, wants me to be at my house at 12 o'clock on Friday to be served with lawsuit papers, glad I looked into this the scary thing is that they had my Social Security number I had to confirm the last four which I did but they had the rest of it which now I feel like an idiot for doing because I probably just gave them access to anything that they needed with my social security number I didn't think giving the last four would be a big deal since they had the first part of it already... Fabulous... If anyone finds out any more information please Share I would like to know what the hell this is all about and what kind of scam this guy is running...

I to received a call yesterday, I'm so glad I tried to look up this company and found this, if I could of got a hold of the company I supposedly owe this money to I would have paid it but since it merged there is no longer that company. He was acting like he was a lawyer and that I owe like 13,000 dollars but they will drop it to 1200 if I pay today, didn't even know I had this bill not on my records at all. who can I contact about this, I don't want this on my credit report if it is a scam?

I had this Damian Brown call me from an Anonymous (Private Number) claiming that I was in process for a Law Suit by one of my ex-creditors on my Credit file of which they had prior knowledge of. They told me that I would be garnished and tried for writing bad checks. Plus questioned if my HR department had contacted me. Then he said I owed $2,700 but if I paid today $579.98 the 'settlement' amount I would be cleared. I cleared my throat and said who is this ? How can they have this much private information unless they know or have knowledge of my credit file. The Shell company must be selling off Credit Files and calling only those with bad credit for extortion. All Collections Agencies do is send you numerous letters and in some cases phone calls so you can pay up. If you don't pay they sell it to the next Collection Agency and in some cases it ends up with a fictitious Collection Agency claiming to improve your credit.  While I admit I don't have the best of credit. I think I should have some material on the subject matter by Snail Mail.  In this case I had nothing.  So the call continued I asked if they can email some paper work. They have a contract with RightSignature LLC. It is WestPointe Group 3281 East Guasti Road STE 700 Ontario, CA 91761 Office: 855-597-3755 Fax 855-832-4089. I hung up and they called back immediately. Told me I have by 6pm. hahahahahha.

Received a call from 2 numbers 855-313-4518 and 855-597-3755.  They said legal action was being taken against me.  I researched these numbers, decided it was a scam and contacted the FTC, who referred me to the CFPB.  I filed a complaint.  The CFPB told me they could not process my complaint without the company's name, so I called one of the numbers.  The person who answered the phone would not tell me the company name and transferred me to someone else.  The second person I talked to claimed to be a lawyer, and said I was being served, although he could not tell me why.  I asked the name of the company, and he said West Point.  I said "West Point what?  Like West Point Academy?"  He said West Point Group.  I told him I was calling the FTC, hung up and provided the name to the CFPB.  We will see what happens.  Now I'm going to check my credit report, since I see here someone says they had an inquiry from a company related to this West Point scam.

Harassing phone call from this company to a school I use to attend, leaving a message on a professor voicemail, whose's name sound like mine.  I am very upset and livid.  The person who called name was Damian Brown, he left a file number and his contact number.  So when I called back, a guy answered and said he was an answering service, then connected me to Damian.  For one he had all my personal info which is scary and in my opinion he was not professorial at all.  He claimed that I was being sued by an creditor that I had no knowledge of .  He said that they were trying to serve me and didn't have correct address.  What's strange is everything I have and own is in my name.  So if you are who you say you are then you should be able to find me.  Not by calling other numbers that may be affiliated with me.  In addition he said that they were going to put my name in the check system and freeze my accounts and garnish my monies and I would not be able to get a checking or savings for 10 years.  I am retaining a lawyer to look into this. This is crazy.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for weeks and now they are contacting family members and ex-wife of my husband. Where do they get off calling or even getting their cell numbers. They said they had a complaint filed against me and that they needed to verify my identity with social number etc. Are you kidding me? If you are not the IRS. law endforcement, FBI or whatever you are not getting anythign from me without written certified letter. I am so furious. I had to get my lawyer involved this morning and they would not disclose anything. I called the office and the guy Chis O'Brien acted like he didnt know me or my case number. Sucks for them because my law office is writing a letter or representation to them for harrassment and will get to the bottom of this. People please be careful of anything suspicious now days.
