Debt collectors must disclose a business name to anyone who asks. As a spouse of the alleged debtor you may hear the same discussion of the debt your husband might have. I'm amazed at how many agencies get those FDCPA provisions wrong for fear of "third party disclosure" lawsuit claims.

I hope you didnt give them your Social security number  !!!this is a scam. Phonr companies will not ask your for your ssn over the phone, they will send you regular mail telling you howuch you owe.

This place is a scam that wants your money is all .dont fall for this company or crooks. Research things and you will learn alot

Have been recieving call from 855-876-5380 as well as 512-693-2782 both claiming to be from Credence resource saying they are collecting a debt.  We do not have any outstanding debts so I know this is a scam.

Same person is the one who calls AND the only one who answers strange how that works. I have requested them to send me something in writing but he goes to this script. I just hang up.

Won't say what their company does unless they verify your information. Asked where they were located he said (same guy) in South Field, MI. Caller I'd says TX.

I have been getting daily calls from "local" numbers that turn out to be the same company. Wanting money. Told them I would call them Friday but still call everyday after 6pm. It's harassment.

Bottom feeder collection agency operating out of foreign call centers, incapable of providing legitimate US office contacts, Dallas Texas number is answered by a machine and no calls are ever returned.
