I just got this number a month ago and have been getting strange calls, this number 855-891-5608 has called my phone twice a day for a week now and I have no minutes left to answer the call. From the comments if this is Time Warner Cable then I have no clue why they are calling me because 1. The account is in my husbands name @. Time Warner does not know my new number. Besides if they needed to speak to the account holder I do believe they would call my husbands phone. So does anyone have a clue for sure what this number is ?

I to having cable problem so I called. First one was from China, Korea, some Asian country. Next time 20 minutes later still having problem called back this guy was from Missouri. Problem still not fixed so tech is coming out. I do not answer calls I do not know who they are. Never have. Never will.

They keep calling and leaving a VM saying my apt is for the day they call but it is not and I call TWC back directly not isn't this phone number and my apt is still for the day I have it set up for originally. But TWC did auto cancel an apt and rescheduled an apt with out my athority and I am not happy and will be switching companies. Customer service rep said number is to the India call center and they do have access to changing apts but he was not sure why my apts were being changed. Someone over there is f ing with their system and TWC need to investigate.

This is a valid Time Warner number. It's possible that people spoof this number. However, I received a call confirming an appointment that was made.

I just got this call it came up as priyank sampat. Last I checked that is NOT twc. The rep I spoke with last night was in the us and said the problem had something to do with the connection between my neighbors house and ours. A tech needs to be sent to see what happened. I called twc after this call...IT WAS NOT THEM.

Earlier call re: yesterday's issues and service call set for tomorrow. I called and cancelled as issue seems resolved. But they called back AGAIN.  Don't like off shore call centers. Between noise ruckus in call center and heavy accents I can understand only one in every 8 words. I do NOT like off shore call centers. Also don't like call centers where rep's first language is not American English. They are also extremely difficult to understand.

Same annoying phone call call foreign  foreign speaking person can understand it claiming to be time warner cable

This is interesting.  I have a repair call for tomorrow.  If this is not TWC then how did they get my cell number?

Did Not answer but they left message that they would call buck another time about a recent service issue. I assume it is a survey about my recent call to there tech department about a service issue.

Not a scam. My modem needs to be moved so they are sending a tech out tomorrow. This is the number Time Warner calls from to confirm your appointment.

I made an appointment with TWC, like I walked in to the store and made an appointment face to face and after that this number  kept calling and when I finally answered they said they would help me and asked for a couple of information and I told them and after 40 minutes of talking they have hung up after that my wifi went from being slow to not working at all. They did something, this is a scam I'm sure of it.

It's Time Warner tech support. just spoke to them today.

They called and asked me to do a speed test soon after I set up a tech appointment with Spectrum (formerly TWC).  Sounded like the old Microsoft scam, so I hung up.  Called Spectrum at 513-489-2337, and Mia, the service rep, told me it IS a scam.

Verified with time warner, this is NOT them, this is a scam.

The number IS legitimate. It is Time Warner support center for callbacks prior to fulfilling appts. I got this directly from TWC.

A man with a foreign accent claiming to be with Time Warner called me twice from this number about my internet problem & somehow knew it had been fixed. I called Time Warner & verified they had not called me & they didn't recognize this number. SCAM !

Same as people.  Some woman who could barely speak English, sounded as if she was from India, saying my problem should be fixed now.  The fact that she knew what the issue was and when the tech was coming out is disturbing.  I called TWC/Spectrum this evening (2/23/17) and it was confirmed that whomever called me was NOT from TWC/Spectrum. I told the girl I wanted to make a complaint and make a note in the file about this.  Whether she did, I don't know.  Seems like the company would want to nip this in the bud.

I don't have Time Warner cable and I don't have a service call set up. Caller never leaves a message. I Just blocked the number.
