My son works with Apple tech support, said that Apple will leave a live voice message. Not any robo computer voice.

Total scam. Apple will never call you with an automated message using the wording "hacking activity". It's like something out of a script for a bad sci-fi movie.

My husband that’s has nothing to do with Apple has been receiving the same calls from someone named Molly . He told me about it since I use Apple thinking they were calling for me but after contacting Apple directly , I found out this is completely a scam ! Don’t waste your time calling them back. ITS 100% A SCAM!!

same crap about my iphone being hacked by Russians and Nigerians and I was asked if I have a laptop or/and computer.  When I asked for the Indian guy to explain what he will doing, he responded, he is not stupid and is not going to give me the information over the phone and hung up.  While I was speaking to him, it sounded like the television is on in the background.  Opsy scammer, I knew you were lying the whole time.

Your Apple account has been hacked , don't use any financial tools until you call us back too speak to an apple rep etc

They're now using a Cloned Number to call with their recorded message. Track cloned number to a legitimate business that was not too happy about it. Damn Apple Scam has got to be 20 years old.

Not "possible scam" at all. Definite scam. Apple doesn't monitor your computer so would have no idea if there was a problem unless you called them.

Yep I just got the same call from a number showing as 877-233-4861 telling me not to do any financial garbage on my Apple device I don’t have an Apple device and telling me to call 855-929-0176 scammers
