Caller ID ECN Community - when I answered, no response (2X) so I will block this number.

This call came in at 9:23 PM. Caller ID display is "ECN Community".  I picked up while recording was in progress stating a child was missing from San Antonio.  Mean while I'm in Florida. Both this phone number and this company now blocked.

The Feds DO sell your personal information.  As does you state drivers license bureau and your voters registration office.

People should keep in mind that even though ECN Community and Code Red are valid telephone warning systems, scammers with Robo Dialers can input any caller ID infomation they want to, and that's what shows up on your phones Caller ID when they call you.  Judging from comments on this 855-969-4636, it seems to be the luck of the draw who actually calls you from this number; a valid informative alert, or a scammer.

Called twice after 10pm and woke up my family. This is UACCEPTABLE AT THIS HOUR!!

Just called me at 11 PM

I woke up to call from this number.  10:30 pm.  Telling me a child was missing from the moning.  Then another call saying he was found.  Said they were from Orange County Police.

This call came after midnight and scared the wits out of me. Was Amber Alert for an area that I am no where near. I haven't signed up for Amber Alerts so don't know why I was called, especially at 12:30 AM.

Calling starting around 9pm and even at midnight. This got to be a scam! Who calls the elderly at midnight but a devious scammer! Callers be aware!

I just got a call from this number and listened to the voice mail after I didn't answer the call. The message was just a Public Alert System and left me a message about street closings for a 5K run tomorrow in my town. I just added it to my contacts list so I know to answer it next time.

This is a legitimate number and not a scam. It's part of the Code Red information system that gives you pertinent information going on in your area. If it doesn't leave a message you can call the number back (without blocking your number) and it will repeat whatever the message was that was supposed to be given to you.

This call was asking for addresses and county , claiming to be an alert courtesy for Citrus County,  Florida. If so why are they asking for my address  and county?

A company listens as ENC on my caller id.  I am PISSED! They made two phone calls to my house before SEVEN AM with a recorded message to tell me t was snowing outside & the roads are slippery! Well #1 live in NH and it a DECEMBER it snows... # 2 it is NOT SNOWING OUT TODAY there is no reason to call anyone at that time to tell them it is snowing in freaming. NEW HAMPSHIRE!!!!

received a call from 855-969-4646 on December 12, 2016 at 16H01, from USA... I live in Montréal, Québec!  I'm pissed of!!!
