They’ve called 5 times within the hour. I don’t answer but see the name ECN Community on caller ID.

No message left. I called it back and it said code red but it said that they only hold the code red message for 30 days and it was no longer a valid code red.... I called the number roughly 10 minuets after it called me....sounds like a SCAM

County calling to get flu vaccination in connection with COVID-19 pandemic.

This message was left via my voice-mail to text.
"The Greenwood County Sheriff's dispatch center is experiencing a 911 outage. This is a regional outage for emergencies call 620-583-5592 the length of the outage is unknown."

This is I live over 3 hours away and in a different state with an area code based 1600 miles away.  My husband did not receive the call and he was right next to me.
It is the code red number but obviously flawed.

Received call @ 10:07AM  this is morning. CID says ECN Community.
Searched number @ allareacodes.com.  Results:
No results found for (855) 969-4636!
855 is not a valid area code.

Another number for the block list.

Called my house phone and my cell phone One or two rings and they hung up

Don’t really know who this was. This is ridiculous on the idiots that call us.

Received three calls from this number in the last ten minutes.  I didn't answer since I did not know who ECN Community was.  First time rang 22 times, second 25 times, third time only 5 times.  Figured it was telemarketer and some other person answered.  I to am on do not call list which doesn't mean anything.  There's so many cracks in the system they can slide around any rules.  Since I know what this number is now, if they call back I may answer to see just what crape they say, then most likely block this number.  The number of times called and the number of rings is getting close to harassment!

It's not hard to block further calls on your cell.  if you have an iPhone, just go under "Recents", hit the little "i" next to the phone number that called, scroll down and hit "Block This Caller".  I just wish my landline had that function!

Most do, just sign in to your online account and go to the call log. Next to each number is generally a "3 dot" menu where you can delete, block or add the number to your phonebook.

Same experience as others. Shows as ECN COMMUNITY on Caller ID and on my recent calls list online. No voice mail.

855 is a valid area code

Emergency Notification:  "Boil water notice has been lifted for all surface water connections in your area."

They called me 15 times in a row within 5/10 apart never left a message looked up the number and it brought to be this code red.  Leave a message if important

I just received a call from this number and they actually left a voicemail it’s about the COVID-19 vaccine and apparently it’s associated with whatever medical you may have
