Caller ID  showed "Assist".  Did not pick up.  No message left.

Got the call at11.12AM to-day feb/19/2015. Didn't answer since identity was not known

Got a call from this number and they leave no message.  I called back and got the famous recording about being placed on a Do Not Call list - press 1 - which I did.  I truly HATE calls like this - they are a waste of my time - especially if they have nothing to actually say!

They call my cell phone and my husbands over and over again.  Its  a recorded message that says "this is not a sales call" but they are trying to sell you a security system.  I have tried multiple times to get off their list with no luck.

I am not interested in receiving phone calls from this number I'm not sure how they got my number I'm sure it was illegal and I would like it to stop.

Called our company.
Robot got as far as to say "Attention." before I hung up.

Said I was referred to by a friend. Automated women's voice. Also said I was eligible for a free home security system if I owned a home. Press 1, etc. bs.

Keep calling. Never leaves any messages. I have an answering service for my business. I called them back. Never get a real person to talk to

Unfortunately, by interacting with them, (most likely scammers in another country routing calls through a computer), you've confirmed that you are in fact a human being with a working number--the best thing to do with these calls is to hang up immediately and if you have a cell phone, block them. They'll probably be calling you again through another number. They make number spoofing programs so these same people can keep harrassing you, but it'll be a different number each time--some of them might even spoof legitimate numbers.

Always have to be super careful to not give out any information, or interact with these kinds of people in any way.

It remains to be seen if that really works or not. I would bet it doesn't, Because when these parasites get Our numbers they rarely if ever stop calling.
I am still get calls from these same people I told to stop calling or pressed 1,5 or 9 for them to stop calling years ago.
The next best thing is give up all phones all together, And in this day and age that would be impossible.

First step, make sure you are on national do not call list: https://www.donotcall.gov/

Secondly, If you EVER get unsolicited calls, report them to the National Do Not Call Registry (same link above), just follow Submit a Complaint

Don't know who it was.....but I don't know anyone in New Jersey, which is where the call came from.  I didn't answer it and then went back to my Recent Calls and Blocked the number.

I pressed 1 and waited.  The message says "again press 2 (??) to be places on the Do Not Call List".  I pressed 2.  It is a scam.  I get these calls all the time.

Answered the phone and a recording said that my business had been picked to get a $250,000.00 dollar loan no credit check required just press 1 to talk to someone.  Oh and I had to have been in business and at least 1 year.

Had call from this number, no message and thanks to this site it is now a blocked number.

Do like I do and just let it go to the fax machine. They never call back. "I have a phone and I have a pen" and I RULE!

I been getting calls from this 1 place for about 4 years now and I am on the National Do Not Call List but it does no good to report as they do nothing about it except put it in computer, They have even called at 2am in the morning. They say they are calling from the Philippines but the area code is 858 which is Southern Ca area code. My wife is Flipino and a long distance co. wanted her to switch carriers for calls to PI, they bugged us for 3 or 4 years then to many complaints to their main office in VA so they moved it to Canada we don't get them from that Company anymore, but the company that took over the call center in PI got all of the numbers. I have to turn all my phones off at night so I don't get woke up in middle of night.

Caller ID said "Assist."   No message.  Will block if they call again.
