But you will go out of your way to comment here? Yep, makes total sense..be mad about someone calling you, don't answer, then attack someone trying to help. Good luck getting them to stop calling you by doing nothing!

I started getting called by numbers like these on my cell when attempting to apply food stamps for the 1st time ever online when in fact you can't even get it that way.  On the bright side I get free diabetic test strips for my type 1 diabetes regularly from It for free (which was specified while doing it) which makes it worth it for me.   Either way your better off not giving your cell phone out online unless its a for sure business or like me that's when your likely to get phone numbers like this calling you.  I had this phone number for 6yrs and didn't start until after doing that & i'v had 10 or so numbers like it call while most stopped after talking to (if possible) though it took time after recalls for a couple weeks after but I still occasionally get number like this ringing.   I chose to stop answering incase they're more likely to call back if answered.

When you call back & ask to be put on a no call list....
I bet they go, "we got a live number & share it or continue to call"

I have caller ID and if I don't recognize the number or if there is no name on the caller ID I don't answer the phone.  Pressing 1 or whatever to get off their call list does nothing except confirm that they have dialed a working number and they will continue to call.  Being on the Do Not Call registry helps some but only legitimate companies honor the list.  scammers do not.

Answered the call and heard nothing on the other end after saying hello.  Hung up afterword.

Robo call asking to put a sign in my yard and in return they will install a home security system for free.

Call every day for two weeks. We don't answer.

Spam....   I saved these calls in my cell as  spam so   i never pick up the phone.

called me, left no voicemail. I get 4-5 calls per week from all across the world. They never leave messages, never say anything if I answer. I'm on the do-not-call list.

What can I do to stop these calls?

I believe I just found the site where ALL  the JUNK CALLERS get your phone number from.  It is called "OkCaller.com"   This site lists millions of GOOD PHONE NUMBERS that can be called to sell you things, take your money or just waste your time. This FREE site gives out phone numbers that are marked as good to call...    The contact address is:  support@OkCaller.com
