I didn't answer..  No VM left on answering machine.  Will block it even though you're only allowed a certain # of blocks....

Second time today I got a spam call like this. And dang it, right in the middle of my work! Got an automated message: "Congratulations, you won a free cruise the Bahamas," I hung up. Thankfully I don't use credit cards so the phishers are out of luck.

Wireless caller; 8:46pm EST did not pick up as I didn't recognize number. I've had calls from here before.  Will report again.

They're busy today aren't they! I just received a call but didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I wonder if you get your house burgled while you're on the free cruise that others have reported....

A couple of things you people don't seem to know.

There is no 'renewal' for the Do Not Call registry.  You are on there for life unless you change phones or cancel them.  There is no expiration of if.

There are exceptions to the Do Not Call registry.  Not only can politicians call, and charities, but also any company that is a business partner of any company that you have done business with in the last 18 months.  So if you go to Disney, you will immediately get spammed by their travel partners and others.

Here we go again, another scammer calling with you just won a free cruise to the Bahamas.  Well I just blocked these SOB's, they will never get through again.  Ha Ha!!!!!!

Received a call from this #.  Did not answer & no message left.  Not the first time.  Am on the DNC list.  Annoying!

I just figured out I can block future calls from this number on my iPhone.

Simply press the "i" to the right of the number in your 'Recents' list (as if you were going to add the number to your contacts). Then scroll down to the bottom and select 'Block this caller'.

I'm surprised people still have answering machines.

Easy to block on an iPhone. Why bother answering if you don't know who it is? People who are important and have important things to say leave messages because they need you to call them back.
