- BobThese people call, we don't answer, & they don't leave a message. Vonage won't let you block calls unless they don't leave a number &/or name on id. They leave a number, but no name.
- kande9160Just received a call from this number - I am on the do not call list also, which apparently is useless - I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
- DoNotCallMeJust got one too from the slime with no message either. In the Slime Slayer List it goes...! :)
I DO NOT recommend placing your number on the DNCL. It seems as though I've received more calls since doing so. It wouldn't surprise me if the slime in DC wasn't selling that list just like all the other slime selling lists, really. Obviously, no one gives a rats [***] about it or respects it, so why take the chance putting your stuff out there.

Caller Type: Slime - AggravatedFirst they called my landline so I blocked it on the second call. Two days later they called my cell phone. Nobody has that number. Fortunately I've got two ways to block on landline and found a free app on the Play store that seems to do a good job of blocking numbers on Android. If they're calling your smartphone you can find an app to block the calls, which I will pay for if I have to. But yeah, they'll just start calling from another number. I truly despise these people. If there is a hot place down below they'll all go there and spend eternity covered in sweat and listening to endlessly ringing phones.
- FrannieThey called my private business line which is only known to clients. They haven't called my other line that is listed and usually gets the telemarketer calls. I answered and heard nothing but static. I waited long enough for someone to answer if it was a robo-call, but nobody did, so I'm sure I'll be hearing from them again soon. I am so tired of the sleezy tactics and interrupting so many lives for the slim chance that someone answers who can be duped by them. Of course, all of my lines are on the DNC list. Seems that is done more to make us feel like we've been heard than actually protects us from these endless annoyances.

- FaeryBeeI keep receiving calls on my cell phone from this number and wish they'd stop!
- Lee BJust got 2 of them in a row. :(

- Joy replies to JesseThis info is great except for one thing: Don't stop complaining on these boards because it's how we can google and find out that it really is a scam call. THEN go complain to the FTC or the Do Not Call registry.
- Joy WilliamsI missed this call but they left no message, which left me suspicious. I got a recording that said "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. Please enter your 10-digit...." then I hung up as I have no Verizon Wireless accounts. Indeed, I have nothing even vaguely related to a Verizon Account. I feel this is very dangerous as an unsuspecting person could well give away their information.
- Caller: Verizon Wireless
- MidNYteStormExpecting the DNCR to put an end to calls from bogus operations is unrealistic. The simple fact is that no matter how many laws we have, there will always be those willing to violate them. Many of these scams originate from nations that are not willing to cooperate with our agencies in order to do a proper investigation.
- PattiannCalled my cell phone, did not answer. Received automated voice mail about a "cruise for 2 to the Bahamas".
