Maybe you should take responsibility and listen when people tell you they are not the person you are calling.  


I'm tired of businesses calling me and harassing me about somebody else's bills.

Lady called about a person who they assume is my brother. They called early in the morning and late in the evening , I told them that the person they were looking for does not live at this address. Would you please not call back again. Put me on your do not call list.

This number calls my house several times a day. I just phoned back today they called at 1:19 pm from 8653631993.I confronted a customer service rep they said they can't pull my phone number up. They continue to call again, I'm going to file BBB report complaint.

These people have been calling my cell phone for 8 months now, this cell number I have had for 12 months now. They are looking for a Jeff, I have informed them numerous time I am not Jeff and know no Jeff. I was even asked during one phone call "Are you lying for him?" Seriously!? I have told them to stop calling me, I don't know who they are asking for. I have done research and understand they are a mortgage company for Mobile or Modular homes, most often repo division. Well, I don't even own or ever have owned a Mobile or Modular home and again...I am not Jeff! Just got yet another phone call asking for Jeff, told her you have the wrong NUMBER!!! She replies "hmm, um, ugh, okay." Again, as if I am lying. Next call from them, they will have to talk to my attorney, I have had it!

Without identifying themselves, they asked if I knew a particular person and said they were my neighbor.  When I said I didn't, they hung up.

21st Mortgage Corporation.. This mortgage company is awful. The people are rude and try to intimidate customers and even people who are not their customers.
My sister has a mortgage with them and one time used our Mother's cell phone to make the payment over the phone. 21st Mortgage now calls my Mom's phone whenever my sister is late with her payment sometimes as much as 5 times a day! Even after telling them that my sister doesn't use that number, doesn't live with her and she no longer wishes to be contacted.
If you are looking for a mortgage company.. skip this one and if you already have them.. Don't ever use a phone number that you don't want to be used as a contact.

I am sick and tired of getting these phone calls!! I have answered and told these people that I will report them to the Atty. Generals Office of NYS and that we are in fact on the do not call list. They will NOT stop calling here!!!!! He leaves messages saying call Ret. I have even gone so far as to state in my answering message if you are a telemarketer PLEASE do not keep calling as we are not interested. We do NOT owe these people a penny and I am so sick and tired of 3 and 4 calls a day!!

You say they won't call until 10 days AFTER  their call center and payment processing are NOT in the same state! I now send ALL of my payments to them registered mail so I get a copy of when they receive them.
My loan date is the 20TH of each month I get calls on the 21st even though my payment is in their possession but not "processed" NOT 10 days after.
This is reality with this company unfortunately their are very few mfg house lenders out there

I am NEVER late on my payments.  "Cory" from 21st Mortgage calls every month to ask me how much money I make.  ???? Isn't that illegal?

This number called and hung up on my answering machine. Called the number back - 21st mortgage. Told them I do not have a mortgage with their company and she said since I do not have the name or extension of the person calling me there is nothing she can do about it.  How annoying! Is there anything that can be done to stop these harrassing phone calls???

These ppl r very rude......They will not work with u even if u do call them before the due date.....We have always given them some kind of payment and one time it was missing $15...Different state have different laws about payments. The state I am in the law is 30 days pass due then u can call but these ppl seem to think because they r in a different state they do not have to go by the laws in the state u live.....I have always given them over the amount and have not seen a statement and by law they r to be sending a monthly statement showing how much is owed and what a pay off amount is and they do not go by the law at all.........These ppl need to be put out of buisness......By law they r not to ask u what other bills u have or any other info but the loan u have with them...they like to hunt for info they have no business knowing.....They also like to tell u to change ur due date and will charge u for it......These ppl can go TO HELL AND KISS MY ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are so wrong a mortgage lender or loan officer does not have right to enter a property without taking foreclosure or repossession of the property.  

The same if you are tenant of a property and a landlord that enters without your permission. Once you take possession of the property until eviction it is your home and you have rights.

21st Century took possession of my property illegally after just 60 days behind, they were suppose to wait 90 days then serve notice. If they would had waited just a couple of weeks they would had their money and I would not had slept in the car that night; these people are notorius;

No; I did not have money for a lawyer at the time or I would have taken them to court

Yes they called at work, I told them that if they ever call my work number again they will be hearing from my lawyer,,, they never called my work again

i get a message that must be recorded of "hi this is Dustin Jones at 21st cal me back at this number" and every single day when i'm in school this number calls me and i have called back but no answer

Yep...My company changed payroll to monthly, I told them I would pay them on the 5th, which is way less than 30 days past due..they grilled the hell outta me.. I told them it will be paid on the 5th and if they dont like it they can shove that mobile home up their a**.

I continue to get calls on my home phone from (865)292-2120. This turns out to be 21st Century Mortgage. I have never had a loan with them so I am guessing the person who had my home phone number before me had or has a loan with them. I own my home outright. I called them back to have my number removed from their list and they started asking for personal information. They do not need my personal information to remove my number, just the number. Is there any way to get my number off their list without giving personal information?

I also have an account with 21st Mortgage and what a joke they are!!  I can sympathize with all of you because I am in the same boat.  My job requires me to be in remote areas where I cannot always call and make a payment.  For this reason I pay all my bills on line but with 21st they place a block on these systems if you are late with yoir payment.  How much sense does that make??  I recieved a call today from " Katie" and boy was she rude and very unprofessional.  I am taking this complaint to the BBB.

When I told the caller about my previous conversation he went on to tell me that this was the first phone call ever made to my number. I basically told him he was a lying P.O.S & I was going to contact the atty general as well as file a law suit. I don't know what they are attempting to do but it won't b going on much longer.
