This is a call from 21st Mortgage.  They are trying to sell me their insurance, and add it to my mortgage.  The problem is, I already have insurance.  The package they are offering is almost twice as much as the what I have now.  I have checked into this numerous times on an annual basis, and their rates never go down.   I would go without insurance before I ever bought it from them.

They are not an insurance company. All the policy's they can get you come from an outside company.

I have them, for now, trying to refinace my loan with them.  They have not ever given me any trouble but I had them on auto pay until last week.  I had a insurance claim and the company they had selected, writes the checks using a different format, the numbers at the bottom are supposed to be routing number, account number check number.  They changed that order to prevent the new technology of being able to scan a check, deposit it into your account. They do this to hold onto the money longer and make more interest.  If these people call and ask questions about a neighbor, get someone to talk to them about you, if they give ANY info out, they are violation of the law, and you could possibly get a lawyer to cancel the debt entirely.  Looks like I am in for a lot of hassles now.  They told me I have to wire my payments in the next 12 payments, costing me extra money. I am not going to do it, but will see what happens when this payment goes out tomorrow using my bill pay.  If they cash it, they can;t complain, harass or threaten me.  Make sure if they call someone else about you, that they record the call.  Then you can sue their pants off and win.

They call me and my wife 1-15 times a day cause I was late one time and I even called to let them know ahead of time that I would be late any other bank would under stand and that's wether the bill is due or not cause I have tried all different way to see if they would quit but they don't listen to you at all they can kiss my ass if they want to talk cause I have tried

Have called several times in a day. No message left. I am not home so couldn't answer. Today I happened to be home and they asked if this was JM's residence. I told them no, they hadn't lived here in 5 years, and then they stated perhaps I could help them find a neighbor Mr. "Somebody" -  I told them I had no information for them and would they PLEASE remove this number from their calling list. If they call back, I am going to get the exact name they are looking for, and then will contact my local police authorities and let them know this company is doing this. Not to report the person they are searching for, but to report TwentyFirst Mortgage for their activity!

All you folks having a hard time with 21st mortgage.  For your info this company is hypocritical.  It takes me 3- 4 months to collect payment from them.  They want their money, but when it comes time to pay their lot space its a totally different story.  Im hoping this time around we can be done with them for good.  I have to spend my time tracking them down on who will be the representative to pay up.  DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!  We have many deals with these folks to get their home sold and they renege all the time with what they ask for.....bogus way to do or have a business!!

If you people could pay your bills on time, you wouldn't have to worry about it.

Woman called claiming someone named Stephanie had texted from my cell number. Finally, after about the fifth time of telling her there was no Stephanie at the number, she mumbled something and hung up.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with !  I have overpaid them and they told me they would put it toward my principal.  When I called and explained that this is MY money to make a decision on and not theirs they hung up on me.   When I was 3 days late - they called relentlessly.  I told them to apply the overage to that months payment - they hung up!   Rude Rude Rude

I have 21st Mortgage also. I had the same problem the first time and I paid my previous lender and did not realize it was sold. They do have a grace period. If paid after the 17th its late but they start call way before that. Give me a break!!!

I received a call and text from this number.  No idea who it is and why they have my number!

The caller is 21st Mortgage.  I have my mortgage through them and they called and left a message to offer home owners insurance.

Constantly have calls from them. Several times a day , early in the morning or late at night. I do not and have never done business with them. Never answer the calls since I have nothing to do with them and know it is a marketing or scam call.
I , like others, have been on the " no call " list for years  but it never did any good.
I do not answer the phone if I do not recognize the number calling. Usually the calls stop after a few weeks but this one has continued for months.

They've called my cell phone six times in the last month. Never leave a message.  I've never done business with 21st Mortgage.  Hope they get tired of calling.

Rcvd a call from this number looking for payment, advised it was sent out 8 days ago.  The guy called back 3  minutes later demanding payment again, yelling and being very rude, trying to bully a payment.  Advised I would turn him over to my lawyer if he didn't stop harassing phone calls. He never called back.

I've had a loan with these people for 13 years.  My payment was late twice, several years apart.  Each time these people would call several times a day or night demanding payment immediately.  I'd give them the check number and date it was mailed but they didn't care. The payment always hit a day or two after, possibly mail delay, I'm not sure. Twice in thirteen years, it happens.  This company is ridiculous.  I would highly recommend to someone to seek a loan elsewhere.  These people are rude and crass.  Lately they are calling to have me sign up with their insurance. I hang up. Their insurance is twice as expensive and doesn't cover anything, it seems like a scam. This company should not be in business.
