Didn't receive a phone call I did receive and debit on my checking account in pending checkcard in the amount of $72.21.  I kept trying to think who that was.  Then I decided to to type in A1 Member in the search and here we are.  Please tell me what I have to do to get this taken care of.  I called the bank but it's Memorial Day and I am sure they are closed. I tried calling that number and they are closed as well.  Is there anyone that had this issue resolved immediately through their bank?

They did refund my credit card [in less than a week], however I have since cancelled this card to prevent them from charging anymore amounts.  Waiting on a new card in the mail.
This has been such a mess and pain in the butt.
It really is too bad that likely nothing will be done to these [***] clowns.

I am also having the same proble. Today I noticed they took another 24.87 from my account. I did file a complaint with the FBI. I have tried calling all numers and all I get is a please hold recording.

Try calling this number 8772086490  I just got off the phone with them after having two unauthorized charges to my account. Thankfully I used my Paypal debit card and was able to reach them today.  When I called that number they said they were taking the one charge off but the other charge was from another company! I didn't buy from two companies, what scam artists these guys are. They gave me another phone number to call, I did that and they said they were processing my refund and put me on hold. She came back and said I hate to write to the company to get a refund and that I had 5 days to cancel when I started the service. I never bought any service and never received any information to cancel with. Its a shame that companies like this are allowed to steal money from us. I hope we all can at least get our money back.

I was charged 24.87 and called and cancelled.  Told me I would have to call back for the refund because it was still pending.  I reported the card lost or stolen and I hope I still can get my refund.

What a huge scam so I have called the number cancelled yet again.  Said I should get a refund.  They were supposed to send me a confirmation email and nothing so I have filed a complaint in which we all need to do this so that they can start working on it.  I talked to Melody and Christian from the 1800 number.  I told them both what they are doing is a scam and Christian hung up on me.  So once you receive your money back or if you ever do... cancel your debit card you used.  Google needs to take some responsiblity since they do use them for advertising this load of crap.

Call 8772086490.  I also found this charge on my account today I have called twice and have gotten through both times.  Make sure you get a confirmation number and have them send you an email.

Same thing. We were charged $1.97 then $0.06 then $72.21. A-1 member was the name with a phone number. I called to cancel. They said it take 7-10 days for refund. As soon as money is applied we will cancel this card immediately. They should be charged for stealing money !!

yea, i did sign up for that google easy money thing... i think its like a hidden fee.. but how do we press charges against them. thats illegal.

I don't know either why they took that money from my accomt and don't know who they are. Is anyone have information yet?

I am also a victim of this scam.  Nothing was mentioned about a $72 charge but I do know of the $1.97 charge.  I will resolve this and get a refund from the company.  My bank should not have to reconcile this.  Also, contact your state Better Business office and lot them know of this.  I haven't seen anyone who has successfully received the name of the company but the phone number is a starting point.  Please note:  Once the phone number is in the records and flagged, this company will probably change the number.  I hope that Google isn't involved in the scam.

I have been reading all these threads and I haven't seen anywhere that some one has successfully received a refund from this company.  It seems that your banks are taking this charge off.
I see that I am going to have to cancell my debit card and have a new one issued.  My card number is seperate from my account number and getting a new card will choke this company off.  It is a crime because I use my debit card extensively and some company like tis has to ruin it.
In all of this an attempt should be made to contact Google and let them know about this fraud (maybe they already know and get a nice fee from this group).
It is best to contact every government agency that you can and report this fraud.  I looked at this site and agreed to the CD but nothing else.  What was on te site did send up an alarm AFTER I did the authorization.
USE CAUTION!!!  This company is out to grab all it can and it won't stop.

I got these charges also on my account but the 72.21 charge is not posted yet on my account and is holding to be posted on 28. I called my bank, got my card cancelled and holding the line to get someone to talk to me on this A1 Members thing. I am hoping to get it cancelled before they post it because then i know I have to say bye bye to my money. I will post again what happened after I am done talking to them, if I get to talk to them. Other than that everyone be cautious, just cancel your card and dispute hoping the bank will give the money back. For me I have to wait till it gets posted on the account to dispute it. huh....

I check my visa statement today and found a Charge from A1 memeber. I called my visa card and closed my account and disputed the charges. I don't know how they got my credit card. I have not sign up for anything. I also was inform that their is a charge pending from them for another 34.87.. Which I hope it won't go through. This just happen today for me and I'm so happy I check my statements all the time. The banks will reverse the charges but it will take 7 to 10 days and alot of paper work. Good luck to all. Make sure your credit card company Google this phone number and see the website. It will help process your dispute. They look up the website while I was on the phone and was able to forward the website to the right people to handle. Good Luck!!! :(

A1 just stile 24.87 out of my bank account. filing a claim at bank and canceling my debit cad. will continue trying to contact them...will call better business bureau and maybe FBI

I had all kinds of money taken out of my account for no reason... They have took 229.56 out of my account and I cancelled it the same day, something needs to be done about this....

Just got done with these crap scammers. Finally I have a confirmation number for the cancellation of this program. This 866-200-5473 is the number I called and on my bank statement is says A1 Members, whereas, got charges by BlazingkeyWord-Money making program. She asked for my name and couldnt't pull my account. Then she asked my email address couldn't pull up anything again. Now I was getting frustrated. I very hesitantly gave my last 6 digits of my card number and then she asks the state I was living in. I started all the cursing I could because she kept on asking questions and was tired of waiting for about an hour over the phone. Then she tells me my wife name to confirm that she had the rite person that she pulled. I was speechless. HHow come she pulled my wife's name attached to my bank account. She doesn't even have access to my bank card. It will take 7-10 bueiness days for it to come back. Hope it will come back. For the rest of the ppl try calling that number and get them to give our hard earned money back.

I left my bank about an hour ago. I had the $24.87 charged to my account eventhough I had cancelled my account with Google-Kit on 4/21/2009. I filed a claim at the bank and with the attorney general's office of Louisiana.  I also cancelled my debit card.
