Steps to Take to Recover Your Money

1. Cancel your credit or debit card--Get a new card with new number! Your financial information has been compromised and you will be getting further debits to that card, If not now then they could come back later when you are unaware. This scam is refining into a form of "Identity theft" as your financial information is being traded to other cohorts without your permission or knowledge.

2. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.

3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams.

5. Filing a complaint with the BBB is toothless as the scam already is rated with a "F".

6. File complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx This is a place to report internet crime and is a combination gov agency of FBI, White collar Crime and Bureau of Justice Assistance.

7. After you filed with all the above agencies feel free to call any numbers you may possess that are connected to the "unauthorized charges" to try and recover all your money but take their word with a grain of salt. Don't hesitate to let them know what you have done or intend to do as they need to be shown that you mean business! If you succeed in getting your money returned you will have still taken steps to put their scam out of commission.

The same thing happened to me. But there was also another charge that appeared on my cking acct for .99 that also had a number. 1-888-203-0065  so after calling the 1st number on my acct. and getting the run around and talking to about 27 different people I called this 888 number and ask them about this charge. Well they verified this .99 charge but they also verified that $72 dollar charge after asking my telephone number and saying I had ordered something.  Said I could E-mail them and give them this number she gave me and that I would or may be able to get a refund but that it had already been over 30 days so I might not get it. I told the lady that I had not ordered anything and I wanted a refund. Well every time I tried Emailing it would not go through. I really would like my money back. I also had to cancel my debit card so they could not charge it any more.

Yes I have also been scammed.  Was told I would get a refund for 38.84 for the safe lock id. and have never received it.  The number 877-882-2795 is not a working number now!  They must be stopped and we all need our money back!!!!!

I am all for helping you. They did not get money from me, but they stole a picture of my family and are using this picture  on their site to promote this scam.You can send me an email if you wish to know more or if you need anything from me. We don't have much $$, and it's frustrating that people are  assuming that we are making tons of money on a thing that is not even real.

Watch your debit card/charge card. I did the same thing and now I am being charged all kinds of fees for items that I did not order. The first was a double order for 'Grant Masters' ($38.34 plus a service fee of $0.58 each). I cancelled (received cancellation number) only to get an e-mail the next day telling me that 'they will review my cancellation and let me know if I qualify for a refund! I have not received one items from the original Google inquiry. I can not find any telephone numbers for these actual business', but I did get an address for Blazing Words, 280 South Main St, Suite 101A, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062

I found a telephone number that actually gave me someone to talk to. 1-888-248-9285. She tells me that my account has been cancelled (gave me cancellation number) and that I would receive a full refund.

i was scamed by google revoultion on june 8th 2009 charged money for something i did not get and trial offers through four other companies that when you called the numbers to cancel they say they dont know you but two of the companies did charge me and before the trial ended they promised a re fund. we will see i had to cancel my bakn account to keep the others from charging me.i have names and dates and details if you want to add them to the law suite i will participate.

Hello there everyone... I actually got a refund (72.21+1.97). However, I also sent them a letter in writing through the mail, as advised by the representative of blazing key words/or one of the many people I spoke on the phone. The mailing address is on the blazingkeywords web site. I tried emailing but all my emails bounced back. I'm also going to cancel my credit card, just to be safe.

Yes, I received the full reimbursement of 1.97+72.21 on my credit card. I cancelled my 'membership' a few days after I got charged, phoned to get reimbursed and they said I should request that in writing.  I wrote a letter in writing and sent to the address listed on the blazingkeywords website. I'm going to cancel my credit card ASAP, just to be safe, because of the third party companies possibly taking more money off me. Good luck everyone

I did the same thing, but my credit card co. has helped me out and were great to work with.  Captial One has refunded me $221.66 and has blocked any more charges from this scam.  The same day I fell into this scam I got out and have a copy of the e-mail I sent .  Thanks Captial One

Real Scenario: I signed up for for the sake of researching. My Paypal card was charged $1.95 by DRI*REG.NET REGNETORD.COM MN. Then I called 1-800-497-4988 to cancel. Fortunately, someone (who I consider to be one of the rudest person I've encountered on the phone) answered. I requested that my subscription be cancelled. The person on the phone did not ask me any question neither did he verify any account information. Instead, he just said "OK..here's your confirmation number". I asked him I was going to receive anything more to justify and prove that I cancelled. He replied..."we will send you and email".

Be careful not to get lured by these scheme and people behind it.

Hey, I just thought I'd let you all know they've changed their mode. I recieved the Google treasure chest thing, and nothing happened for almost a month. Even so, I've been charged twice for 24.87 by PowerSales and by the same number CY. They're only memo'd, so I'm going to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card, and then I'm going to bat hopefully. Anyway, thought you should know you're not alone. I sure am glad to know I'm not. [I can't believe I picked this thing up from a link from the google website, and found it again from the CNN website. These people are slime!]

Get on the phone with your credit card company and request a charge back for any fraudulent charges.

Report the fraud / scam to the FTC at ftc.gov and file a complaint at ic3.gov also (FBI internet crimes division)
