Automated phone call requesting payment of a bill from QT or something or another, demanding payment and stating they would start collections if we did not pay.  We do not, nor have ever, done business with this company and have no idea who they are, this is most assuredly a scam.

Recieved call saying that a letter they sent me was returned, please call another number so we may keep our records updated and we can send another bill. No idea who these people are or what they calling about.

received several calls a day stating i owed money to this QT bills.  automated call would not disclose who or where bill was coming from, when i called the number requested back it was the same recording, would not disclose facts about vendor or what money was owed onlt too pay.  now am receiving many calls a day threatening my credit report and stating "they will not stop" have reported to BBB

Frequent calls for QT bills for my supposed late payment.  I owe nothing to anyone that is overdue but they keep calling.  When I don't respond, they up the frequency--more than 10 calls today.

They are harassing my business phone with recorded messages. I don't know why they think, or have my number.  However, after at least 15 recorded calls a day, we found that you can pay $5.00 a month to reject certain numbers through a program at Embarq.  Yeah!!!!   Call your phone company and see if they have a rejection program. We will have peace at last!

I also keep getting calls from this number and we don't even kn ow who this is.  I wish there was a way we can stop these calls because they call us a number of times a day and it's getting to be a real problem.

At least twice daily I have been receiving automated calls from this # for payment from QT for more than a month. I have niether purchased any item nor requested any service from QT. I do not even know who they are. My cell # is registered under NO CALL Register still I have been receiving calls. I don't know how they got my #. I stoped taking any call if I do not recognize tel #.

About six months ago i started getting calls aparently from india or somewere in ther this guy telling me that i need it to pay something  to QT something when i say send me a bill or i wont pay anything on the phone they will get mad and ask to be payed again and again then they stoped calling in person and now i get about 15 calls a day from a machine i have try and pay if i realy have a debt but the number that the machine gives me tells me the same thin as when they call in i have try everything but so far they keep calling even sundays i allready reported this to the BBB i don't if it will work i don't have any debt i dont understan where they got my # from or my name.

received numerous calls stating that there was a delinquent bill that was owed.  was instructed to go to qtbills.com to pay and to call the 866 number.  something about a returned statement was mentioned yet there could not possibly be such a statement because no money is owed.  call frequency seems to increase with each passing day.

just wanted to post that I actually found an address after listening to every option on the 866 number...i do not know if it will be of any assistance to anyone but here it is anyway:

I never answer unrecognizable phone numbers on my phone; they just go by completely ignored. Calls from this phone number, however, have gotten my attention, which is a clear indicator of how ANNOYED and FRUSTRATED I am. This phone number calls daily, and I really wish they would be shut down.
I have excellent credit, as does my boyfriend, the other resident in my household. That being said, I am absolutely certain that we do not know this "QT billing" any $. This business needs to be put out.

If you call a toll free number from a pay phone it cost them about $0.30 for each call.  If everybody would call the toll free number from a pay phone several times a day their cost of business would increase - perhaps enough that they would go out of business  When calling the toll free number you just have to make sure the call connects.  You don't have to have a conversation.  Once the call connects, even if it’s just for a second, they get charged the $0.30

We have finally got Qtbills to stop calling our house!!!! As sure as we were that we did not owe any money to a QTbills, it turns out that we ligitamately did.  The only way we finally figured out what was owed was: 1.) we sent them a letter asking that a statement be sent to our home address and wrote it out for them just the way it should appear and 2.) we called their voicemail back everytime we received a call from them, again giving our phone number and address ONLY asking that a statement be sent to our home and that they not call anymore. Eventually, however, they blocked us from their voicemail,and the calls did not stop, but we did receive a statement.  The bill they were collecting was from a collect call we had received from a payphone.  The amount:$14.95.  If you have received any collect calls and it has not appeared on your regular, monthy phone bill, this may be what they are harrassing you over.  Like I said, if it had not been for the fact that we finally got an actual statement from them, I would still be convinced that I owed nothing to a QT bills, because I have never directly had dealings with them (or so I thought). My name is Betty Heard.  I'm writing to let you know that I haven't a clue of what your talking about.  I'd appreciate it if you let me know exactly what bill is about and what are the purchases.  I have been receiving numerous of calls from you guys and I want to know just what this is in detail.  The calls that I have been receiving comes at least every one to two hours apart.  It's really getting annoying.  Call or email me the information that I requested, so that I can get this matte resolved. I also haven't received any bill statements in the mail.  I haven't done any business with this company.

Called by this company that claim I owe them money for something??

Supposedly they attempted to mail you a bill that was returned to them.  Therefore, the account is now delinquent and they are attempting to collect via automated system or online.  Never a live representative.  Hmm...??? It has the whole make up of a scam.

It's like going up to some stranger and say..."Hey!  John!  Remember me?!  I lended you $20 bucks like two weeks ago.  Sooooo...you got my money?  YOU HAVE UNTIL TOMORROW!"

Up to 12 calls a day now.  No idea what they think I owe, never heard of them, received no bill. E-mail address they name in message does not exist. Automated phone has no more info other than defunct e-mail and bogus address.
