The only reason you would be getting automated calls is to remind you to pay your account. Or to call you and let you know your account is about to have late fees added or the account is being turned over to a collection company.

The only way to sign up a account with qtbill.com is to answer a few  personally identifying questions! Once we confirm your identify your account is created.

You also would have had to accept the charges before creating the account. For example to purchase this product for $14.95 please press 1 now or press I accept button on a web site. Then you would had to have answer several questions to create the account. So it is hard to understand why someone at that phone number would have no idea about the bill or the account.

If you are unaware of qtbill.com and the account you might want to check with those people who also have access to your phone or internet. Also we respond to every email and can tell you who at that phone number used set up the account. We try to handle most customer service issues by email so we may send supporting billing information.

The only reason we would call you several times is that you have not responded to our calls and we our trying to contact you about your account .

In case you were unaware, in the past, in situations where someone is
trying to place a collect call to a non traditional line (a cell phone or
other number that is not a Bell line) all the Operators at the long
distance companies could do is tell the calling party “I’m sorry, collect
calls are not allowed to this number”.

This connection was to a number that could not be billed for a collect
call in the traditional manner.  The party on the receiving end would not
have had any idea that someone was trying to call collect.

This is because Cell, Cable ,and VOIP (Vonage type services) companies
have chosen not to have billing arrangements with the Long distance
companies.

I had been receiving phone calls from QT Billing they were all automated and asking for an invoice number. I never received an invoice-they said it was e-mailed to me-said it was returned. If it was returned unopened how would I have an invoice number. I have called every number they gave me all automated no one to talk to to find out what was going on. Went to their web site it was just links to other web sites. Now I have gotten one call from a collection service(blew up at the guy and hung up-my bad)I would just like to talk to someone at QT Billing seems impossible.

You are so full, never received bill, but get the calls. Returned calls and got more bull. Emailed and faxed no response.

Bills are bull.

Even the reply is fake.

Nothing but rip off.

If you can't get a live person to resolve your problem, file a complaint through BBB.

I am in collections over a collect call from QT Bill. My long distance provider is Century Link. I have been paying them every month since 2004 to have collect calls blocked from my #. This is another scam how they called my house collect I do not know. Century Link is looking into the matter as so am I these people need to be stopped!!!!!Let's fight back!!!!

I received a bill from this company, never used them before so I am completely unaware of what service I am getting charged for.  The invoice is only for $17.95, but if this is a scam and someone is collecting $17.95 from several people, this so called "company" is really making $$ for services that were not provided. I will not pay this amount until I know what the service being charged is for.
