- Y, OregonSame problems as the people above! How do we get these scammers to cease and desist? I've taken to turning off my phone during the day, but the voicemails left clog up my inbox and I miss 'real' calls.

- MIchaelinUtah replies to frustratedThanks, this helped us remember that my wife did call me collect while visiting her parents last month. I did go to the site, www.qtbill.com and clicked on "Quick Pay Online" and put in my phone number. There was the collect call data which verified we owed the bill. The calls were over the top to say the least and when I went to the 866 number it just gave me the run-a-round! This was a great help for such a nasty company collection program. Shame on them! I like the idea of calling them from a pay phone on their 866204-1287 or 888-200-5521 customer service number. They are charged .30 per call by law. Too cool for such a company. qt bill or qtbill.com really does take the cake as to collections. However, it did get me to act!
- ShaneI agree...this is complete bulls---!!! I get at least 7-10 recorded calls a day, saying I owe a bill to this qtbill.com..I have called the recorded # they leave which is 1-866-204-1287....to get information on this so called bill I owe..but never once, can I seem to talk to anyone in person from this freakin company! Always a recording!!! I tried to get the address of this place and they say it so fast and will not repeat it either, that it is hard to get the address, because they say it so fast that I can't even write it down, let alone understand what the heck they are saying. Reading all of these posts about this company makes me think this crap is a major scam...always threating to send me to collections, but I get nowhere with the phone calls I have made to them with the above #. Going to investigate this bullsh-- for sure....so all of you....please don't pay this bill either. If you get a call or should I say tons of calls from this so called qtbill.com shi-...I'll let you all know what's up with this crap when I find out....Thanks for reading this and I will keep you informed on what I find out...Shane from California

- D&L from CA| 1 replyMy boyfriend has been receiving calls from this company for about 2 weeks now on his cell phone. There is no way in hell he owes anyone money for anything.
After reading these posts and listening to their automated message system, it's pretty obvious this is a scam.
Their automated message tells EVERYONE that a bill was sent and returned. It also says that no information was found on your account when you call them back on the number they called you, therefore there is no bill. They have nothing. Collect calls, I believe, do not go through some strange agency, they go through your phone company. So there is no reason they should be sending bills for collect calls. And if that is the case, then this really is BS because he neither places nor receives collect calls.
We've had to change our phone numbers enough, this is ridiculous.- Caller: QTBills

- John Quillon| 2 repliesI want this account cancelled. I expect a call or e-mail to confirm the last correspondence I had with you. All you send was nonsense in the form of an e-mail to me. Giving me a thread of complaints similar to mine, gave me no information on who to call or how to get rid of this ridiculous account.
- Alfalfa replies to John QuillonYou need to go to their website http://www.qtbill.com/contact.php
- Homer replies to frustrated| 2 repliesUm, collect calls received from a payphone are billed directly to your regular phone bill. Nice try.
- debora soule replies to Ian Deverouxi am receiving numerous calls from you threatening to ruin my credit for a 17.99 bill.i have never received a bill from you people i call back the number you leave and get your automated recording i do as you sat and leave my address and you still calland harass me.i cannot find a mailing address for you any where so i can try and resolve this...i think the Attorney General should be nitified of this scam.....

- BrianThe message i get several times a day says i received a collect call of ten minutes. They said they mailed me a orange envelope. I didn't get it. They said i could call a toll free number. It doesn't work. I would think a collect call would be charged to my home phone, if i ever received one. I don't remember it.

- Chad replies to frustrated| 2 repliesThe only reason you would be getting automated calls is to remind you to pay your account. Or to call you and let you know your account is about to have late fees added or the account is being turned over to a collection company.
The only way to sign up a account with qtbill.com is to answer a few personally identifying questions! Once we confirm your identify your account is created.
You also would have had to accept the charges before creating the account. For example to purchase this product for $14.95 please press 1 now or press I accept button on a web site. Then you would had to have answer several questions to create the account. So it is hard to understand why someone at that phone number would have no idea about the bill or the account.
If you are unaware of qtbill.com and the account you might want to check with those people who also have access to your phone or internet. Also we respond to every email and can tell you who at that phone number used set up the account. We try to handle most customer service issues by email so we may send supporting billing information.
The only reason we would call you several times is that you have not responded to our calls and we our trying to contact you about your account .

We also may be calling due to a return bill that we sent that was returned to us and we need to confirm your address on file is correct.
If we can confirm the address the invoice was sent to was not correct there would be no late fee added to your account.
