They have been calling us at least daily since we got a new phone number which must have previously belonged to a client.  When we picked up to explain that they had a wrong number, the so-called sustomer service rep hung up on us.  When I phone back to talk to a manager, the rep (Eddie) refused to put me through to a manager.  He hung up on me, too.  They were all apologies when I spoke to a more mature-sounding rep, but that's really not the point.  The point is, they harrass and harangue in a passive way and then, when faced with the truth, are rude and nasty.

call saying they might have a account for me, wanted the last 4 numbers of my social security number Refused to give it to her, said she was from Wolfoff & Bhamso.   After questions being asked, she said that she had to go and hung up. stated from Minnisota.
