That we owed $550 on a payday loan that we included on our chapter 13 bankruptcy  they called demanding the $550 saying that if we didn't pay it that they would take my husband to court for the NSF fee breach of contract and intention to defraud a financial institution

Don't answer! Scammer Slugs! I don't answer because I have dealt with these people! Not doing again! Said it's about a 10 year old payday loan! Bull!

They don't even give a name or anything. Just that a formal complaint has been brought against me. No idea what its about or who he is.

Got a phone call at work from an automated message saying they had a formal complaint about me. So sick of being scammed.

Automated message that a formal complaint had been filed against "my sister"!! They wanted my help in locating her. Scammer suck!!!!

Complaint against me, asking for help in locating me. Charges to be filed in County Court House. No  company identified but number  AES.

They called in regards to a formal complaint about my husband and gave his name. Told me to call to help locate him. I called the company and they said they couldn't give me any information and that he had to call.

Refues to say who they are. They are calling people with the same name and are telling them that their name is on the bill also. But, when asked what that name is and what bill. No information is given. They just hang up

I just got a message from this same number saying the same thing.. threatening me they were going to file paperwork in court

These guys were busy on Jan 31st and Feb 1st.  Look how many calls they made.  I got the same call.  They threaten me with court.  I asked them to give me the docket number of the court hearing.  They had no idea what a docket number was.

I got this call this morning saying I owed a payday loan.  They told me to [***] myself! Any legitimate company can't say that.

Got the same call twice in the last couple days.  They dont ID themselves.... its some BS scam

Same thing multiply calls saying either formal complaint or payday loan. Filing formal complaint.  SCAM

I was left a message that a complaint was made against me and they a will take it to the county court. I have flawless credit and don't break the law so it's total [***]. I've had a call yesterday and today. I tried to call back and got a message
I actually answered the phone call today and it was a recording.

Same as everyone else...5 yr old payday loan, no info given...thanks for the info I won't be paying this...

Same as above. A complaint has been filed against (Insert pre recorded name here). Please help locate this person. Papers will be filed in county court.

Called on Jan 31 and again Feb 1.  Automated message of a mans voice that sounds like it's been put through a distortion program saying he has a "formal complaint" for someone who is NOT me (never heard of the person) and to call immediately before "formal action" is taken.  Right...  Total scam.

Same thing called my family and even ex husband. Never had a payday loan.  Told me to have my fake attorney call them and hung up on me. Called back and they hung up again.

threatning voice mail left and I kept it. If called again I wiil report for not practicing fair debt collection act. illegal
