Called me the other day with a message asking for my wearabouts.  I called back and pressed 0 and some guy answered. I told him I worked for the Feds he said I did not have to say that but he would put me on their do not call list.  Really.  I have never taken a payday loan. I can't believe what happened next my ex called me tonight saying he got a similar call about my wearabouts.  Really.  We have not lived together for 15 years.  Totally scam.

Received a call from this person stating that I owed a payday loan.  They had so much personal information, including my ssn.  They informed me that I will be sued in my county.  They had my former place of employment, and one of the banks that I used to do business with, but I was not banking with this particular bank at the time I was employed.  I also never applied for a payday loan.They knew my ex's first and last name too.  Pretty scary.
I will wait for the "process server" to come  hehe.

Same thing as above. Ten year old debt they said I had I knew nothing about. They threatened court action and to avoid it I was told I could pay it. They would give me no information but claimed it was for intent to defraud a financial institution. Then got very aggressive and abusive when questioned and seeking more info. Scum bags. Wouldn't even give me name of who they were. Like I was just going to give them my debit number.

I just received the same phone call from +1 (866) 226-3520 saying i owed $550 from a payday loan from 10 years ago and they will be filing a formal complaint!! Then asked if i wanted to solve this matter be paying what was owed today!😕 beware of these people!!😡😤

Called the number back and requested my number be pulled from their list, the lady laughed at me and hung up. Called a little bit later and said a random name and that i was returning the call, that fake name magically owes money? they are a scam and need to be shut down.

claimed the worked for the friend of the court and would not take my number of they list. i called back and gave a fake name and they magically had that fake name owing money and wanted it over the phone. they are trying to scam people and need to be stopped.

Got the same call

I got the same message as everyone else is saying - wow!! It's a gentleman's voice saying they are looking for ____________ in a recorded voice and that their next step is to file a complaint with Circuit Court if they are not able to get my "whereabouts". I tried calling the number back and pressed 1 to speak to an associate and it said the extension I called is a full mailbox and that an error has occurred. This really had me freaking out for a moment but after seeing all of these comments about the same thing - mostly Pay Day loans (I've never taken out a payday loan in my life) - I'm thinking total SCAM.

Have called 3 times. In the past 2 weeks. Each time I said I didn't know who they were calling for. They said they'd remove my number. And im still getting phone calls. They are tracking some guy and the last message was about a formal complaint.

Got a call today, left message, mentioned name of acquaintance.  Our number is unlisted, and on do not call list.  Said formal complaint filed against acquaintance and wanted to know whereabouts of individual.  If individual was not found they would file necessary paperwork at local county courthouse.  Caller did not identify themselves or matter calling about.  I blocked number.

called on 02-07-2017 my work and left a message on phone saying there is formal compliant against my maiden name (i have been married for 4 years) and they need help locating me

This number called me today. Left an undecipherable message. When called back "Jason" answered said he worked for CFS , claimed they are not a debt collector and wanted to take time to "review" the account that came up since he did not make a call to the number I was calling from. I said would like to know who they are representing he claimed again he was not a collection agency and they process litigations only. Based on what I can find they are a debt collector. I advised I was calling on my break and asked him to hurry and he became rude telling me he would take as long as possible and would notate the account he has on record that I will call back instead at a later date when I can wait as long as needed.  I will be  printing my cell phone records and if by some chance this a legit collection (doubtful since I check my credit reports daily) then I will have a record when they try to say I was uncooperative when in fact this rude person was the uncooperative party.

Got this call today 2/7/2017, same as everyone else. Called it back and I went to voicemail. There is no reason for me to receive this call so I looked up the calling number on the Internet and I found this post.

Got the same call in regards to my son and wanted me to give them information on how to contact him and said they would begin "formal action".  Worse thing is, they have contacted my sons place of business leaving the same message.  When try to call back, they cannot provide you with any information.

Same phone number called my daughter looking for me. I called them and talked to an "April Johnson" who said i had a payday loan from 2011. They had the name of an employer I had in the past, my bank account information and my social security number. They told me they were going to serve papers on me for bank fraud for not paying the pay day loan back. Freaked me out until I realized I wasn't working in 2011 and haven't worked for said employer in 10 years.  ADP was hacked into around 2011 and the company I worked for used ADP. Not sure how else they got all this info. Cannot file with Attorney General in my state because I do not have an address for this company. Blocked and moved on!!

I received a call from this company threatening to sue me if I didn't call back today. I blocked the call on my cell.
