I am sick of getting this number three to four times a day.  If I want something I will get it myself.

I get phone calls from this number 3-4 x daily, It's driving me crazy!!!

Keep getting calls from this number.

They call all the time and hang up.  I've been on do not call registry for over 6 months.  So today i filed a complaint with donotcall.gov.  i suggest everyone who has been on do not call registry for more than 30 days, to go to the website www.donotcall.gov, and file a complaint.

every hour I get this dam call.... nothing on line

I have received many calls as well from this 866-233-2773 and I avoid answering them as I see that #, however at my residence home a phone # came up unknown, so I did pick up and they did offer some type of life insurance of some sort while mentioning they were w/ or calling behalf of B of A, to me I heard a redflag, the caller wanted to verify my home address in which he had & was correct but I told him no that's incorrect I just moved and I would be going to my local bank (which is B of A) to change my info.  I believe this 3rd party comp. or telemarketing skeem is just using B of A's name which should be fixed ASAP.  

But on another note, I have worked for a bank befor (a walk in bank) and they have classes on regulations, frauds info. etc. And they mentioned that in most fraud cases that are successful in calling the victims, when asked for any billing info. that is in fact fraud.  Real/legit companies do not call or look for buyers, people intersted will call them.  

So a heads up if anyone calls you asking to verify your address or is calling to have you purchase something which leads to being asked your billing info. IT IS FRAUD, stop them there and ask for their name and direct phone # to call them back before you give them what they want and I bet they will either avoid giving you their info. or the call will somehow drop.  

Becareful on the phone calls you receive, if you feel something fishy about certain calls go w/ your gut feeling and simply get their info. before giving youts

Cancel their card and let them know your compaint.  That is the only thing that will get their attention.  A canceled card will make some bells ring.....  If they  want you back you will get a better offer and an appology.

First of all guys this isn't Bank of America its a Third Party ( NCO Financial in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada ) contracted by another third party( Aegon in Plano, Texas ) to do their dirty work. Some how BOA put in a misleading option to click when filling out one of their applications, that allows them to send Telemarketers to you. You were supposed to click this option if you DIDN'T want solicitations. Legal, probably. Bad business, most diffidently. Good stuff BOA!! Anyway I have included some info about my search on this number, I should say numbers. If any of this info is incorrect please by all means correct me.

mother just got brand new phone number connected and received her first phone call from the following number 866-233-2773. just put her on the do not call registry list hope this helps. these people need to stop this junk. we have the internet now if we need any new services i am sure we can find it.good luck to all

The Bank of American DID give your phone numbers to these teleamarketers.  I have contacted B of A and requested my phone number be removed from their list.  The have emailed me conformation that my number has been removed.  Hopefully this will stop these annoying calls

They call at least three times a day.  I never answer and they never leave a message.

Please report these callers to FTC @ https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
Then contact your telephone provider & ask for *60 service - you can block them from calling you ever again!

You can also contact your local Attorney General office or other government officials.

I wish we were able to do something about these callers who do not respect the do not call list.  These callers need to be stopped!

NCO Financial called a second time at 9:24 AM Pacific Time. on 7/19/2008. This is a cease and desist notice.No further calls will be accepted at this number.It is an answering service ONLY not my true number.Any further calls wil go to the District Attorney for prosecution.

I am on the due not call list and they keep calling me sometimes 4 times a day.  I see the call come in on my caller id and have just ignored it until last night at 8pm when they called and told them to remove me from the list. The guy informed me that it was a wrong number and the person calling me was using there phone number.  This is how they are getting around the do not call list, "it is a mistake sir, we are sorry about this but you are going to have to just deal with it, this is what I was told.  I am sick of this.  What can I do except change my number again.

Yes, this is FRAUD.  The guy wanted to send me something.  He said Bank of America wanted to give me a millon dollars on the insurance!!! Frauudddd!!! Don't give any info to these guys!
